This kind of research uses qualitative- descriptive method. Data in this research is a news from newspaper. The data source is Jawa Post Newspaper in 2018-2019 edition. This collecting data uses of observing and writing technique, for the data source is a text. Validity of this research uses triangulation theory. The data analyzing uses agih method. Result of this research states that the news in Jawa Post Newspaper in 2018-2019 edition does not always fulfill all components. Components that always noted in the news are what and who, while component that’s not always noted in the news are why in data 5, where component in data 10, 12, 13, dan 14, when component in data 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, dan 14, and how component in data 1, 13, dan 14. The complete analyzing result can be implemented an Indonesian learning material for 8th grade of Junior High School students, while one with uncomplete components can be used as questions by command to complete component that is not stated in the text.
