Stepping Forward - Prog Jul - Dec 2018 (M-Star Design).indd 1 14/05/2018 19:57 Welcome to the Stepping Forward programme for July to December 2018

Our Stepping Forward walk leaders are all trained to be aware of hazards and to keep an eye on the pace and needs of the whole group, but please do be aware that you walk at your own risk. All these walks are perfect for people who prefer something slightly longer and more strenuous than our Walking for Health walks. Most of these walks are between three and four miles so take between ninety minutes and two hours. No specialist equipment is needed for these walks, apart from sturdy footwear and rainwear. Please do remember a hat and water, especially in the warmer weather.

With the new season come new assistants, admin, route planning, changes, for more information about updating risk assessments, help with the national Walking for Health and our teas and coffees, booking venues.
