Bianca Piperita Opperbacco (IT): Belgian inspired blanche style beer. Uses peppermint and 10 CHF locally sourced honey. Hints of orange peel and coriander. 33cl bottle

La Fraîcheur au Basilic: (Biere Trois Dames): Cloudy golden-orange beer with a foamy white 11 CHF head; the basil clearly dominates the notes of this citrus Belgian style wit; light-bodied; the 33cl bottle finish is peppery and salty with some bitterness; long notes of herbs and basil. White Strawberry Yuzu: 5 Quatre Mille (CH): A very light easy drinking fruit beer with 11 CHF strawberry and yuzu and a touch of vanilla. 4.9% ABU 33cl bottle

La Saison: Brasserie des Franches Montagnes: (Saignelégier CH): A perfect bitter sour 11CHF summer beer, The beer uses one set of malts and hops and aged in the same oak barrels as L’Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien. 33cl bottle

Pacific Northwest Pale Ale: Biere Trois Dames (CH): This pale ale is brewed with US 10CHF Yakima hops. Has a nice bitterness balanced with exotic fruits, lychees and grapefruit. 33cl bottle This beer goes well with spicey dishes

Onda: Omnipollo (SE): A smooth pale ale made with 100% mosaic hops a real gem 12CHF 33cl bottle Leon: Omnipollo (SE): The brewer created this Belgiam Pale ale in fear of having to drink a bland lager all night. He wanted a companion throughout the evening. Uses 12CHF champagne yeast. Rich in taste yet refreshing 33cl bottle

Mazarin: Omnipollo (SE): The brewer wanted to create a lavishsly hopped extra special 12CHF pale ale. It won a gold medal at the Stockhom beer festival. Perfectly balanced fruity 33cl bottle note pale ale. Rukkiraak: (Pohjala Estonia) A golden brown argueablely the best dame rye ale we have ever 11CHF had and an amazing food pairing beer. Sticher: Grado Plato (Chiere, IT): A play off the popular Sticker Alt Beer of Dusseldorf, 10CHF this copper colored easy drinking beer boasts a pleasantly bitter after taste. 33cl bottle

XeRRex: Yeastie Boys (NZ): (10.0% abv, Peat-smoked Imperial Golden Ale): This beer is 12 CHF brewed annually and people said it could be done and it was going to be undrinkable. 33cl bottle This is dedicated to all the Peat freaks and is the imperial strength batch of the Rex attitude the most peated beer in the world. Give it a go if you think you can handle it

Walnut Porter: Lervig & Pohjala: Amazing Collab beer. Deep, rich and brown with a great 12 CHF body. Very creamy. A porter that taste like a west coast chocolate, coffee stout. Refreshing. 33cl bottle Can pair with many things. Rasputin: De Molen (NL): This 10.7% imperial stout is not for the faint hearted. It packs a 13 CHF nice punch and is only brewed in limited quantity. Carmel and molasses smell, flavours of 33cl bottle dark fruit and hazelnut with a bitter chocolate aftertaste. Bahama mama: 5 Quatre Mille (CH) & Blackwell (CH): A collaboration brew. Sweet milk 14 CHF porter aged in run barrels, brewed with lactose coconut and pineapple. 33cl bottle

Rook & Vuur: De Molen (NL): Smoked Ale brewed with smoked malts and chili peppers. 12CHF Very heavy smoked aroma and taste with a spicy aftertaste. Amazing beer. 33cl bottle

Pastorale: Van Moll (NL): A brassy American sytle Amber Ale. Slight bitterness, mellow taste 12CHF of caramel and American hops. 33cl bottle

Amber: 5 Quatre Mille (CH): A nice easy drinking American style session Amber. Well 11CHF balanced and smooth. 33cl bottle st Gikiginger: Collab- Bad attitude, BF, Laegerebraeu (CH): This was made for the 1 11CHF international womans collab brew day by 3 woman Swiss brewers who actually had dinner at 33cl bottle the fork the night before they brewed. A low alcohol (4.7%) Red session ale. They used 3 different citrus hops to balance the ginger aroma.

Hoppy Joe: Lervig (NO): Don’t know where to start with this one. She is a well balanced 12CHF coffee malt forward creation that hits you in the face with smooth refined hops. Unique American red ale. 33cl bottle

Konrad: Lervig (NO): Rich, refined cinnamon smell. There flagship beer. Well rounded 12CHF buttery, coffee and vanilla taste. Beautiful smoke malts. Very smooth. 33cl bottle

3 Bean stout: Lervig & Way: A collab beer, Christmas came early one of the best beers we 13CHF have had to date. Taste for yourself. 33cl bottle

Barley Wine: Lervig (NO): Brewed only once a year with Munich, Chocolate and Caramel 13CHF malts. Hopped with Golding hops. Aged in Jack Daniel barrels for a year. One of the best 33cl bottle barley wines. We have tasted.

Must Kald Cherry: (Pohjala Estonia) It couldn’t be as good as it smells? Perfect dessert beer 12 CHF to finish your night. Extreme crema and smooth cherry. Nice body and good density. 33cl bottle

Ons Blackiie: Van Moll (NL): A jet black Russian Imperial stout with 8 different malts. Notes 12 CHF of Coffee and dark chocolate. 33cl bottle

La Cuvee Alex Le Rouge: Brasserie des Franches Montagnes: (Saignelégier CH) is a Jurassian 11 CHF Imperial Stout clocking in at 10.2% volume. The bouquet incorporates hints of liquorice, 33cl bottle Bourbon vanilla, and Sarawak pepper. Best served with chocolate desserts.

Amber Shock: Birrificio Italiano (Como IT): This is a deep amber colored beer, with a 11 CHF caramelized malty nose and citrus aromas. Sweet sugary mouth feel. Great served with 33cl bottle slow cooked game meats. Black Rock: Naparbier: Naparbier (Noain, Spain): A 9% imperial porter. Roasted Malts on 11 CHF the nose, with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and black rye bread. Taste of coffee 33cl bottle and chocolate and small bitterness at the end.

Smog rocket smoked Porter: Beavertown (London, UK): Uses 9 different malts and uses a 10 CHF good bit of “rauchmaltz” from Bamberg. Big flavours of raisins, molasses and caramel and big smoky aroma reminiscent of the smokes stacks in industrial London. 33cl can

OO (Imperial baltic porter) (Pohjala Estonia) - Do you want to take her home early? You can 12 CHF smell the cask and slight hints of coffee. Refined boziness at 10.5%. Can’t ask for anything 33cl bottle more in an imperial porter. Blackbier: Bier Factory (Rapperswil, CH): A stout brewed with English yeast, German malts & 10 CHF Swiss hops. This is a heavier and sweeter beer then most dry stouts. The aroma is chocolate 33cl bottle and a hint of coffee. Smooth in the mouth but you will experience a strong hop and roasted malt bitterness.

Regina d’ Inverno: Independente Elav (Bergamo, IT): Porter style Winter beer with aromas of 25 CHF chocolate, coffee and vanilla, bitter, sweet and malty taste. 75cl bottle

Belgian Style

Bush Prestige: Brasserie Dubuisson Frères sprl (Belgium) A Belgium strong ale aged in oak 45CHF barrels for 6 months and clocks in at 13% ABV. Full in the but very balanced and never 75cl bottle overpowers you. Definitely a beer for a special occasion. 10 e lode: Opperbacco (IT): A Belgian strong ale inspired by the dark beers produced by the 11CHF trapist monks. Uses 6 different barely malts. 33cl bottle

Toewijding: Van Moll (NL): An awesome Belgian style blond beer. Subtle spicy Walloon 12 CHF yeast with a touch of cascade hops a real thirst quencher with a spunk. 33cl bottle

TriplIPA: Opperbacco (IT): A perfect union of styles with the malts and yeast of a triple and 11CHF the hops of an IPA. A blond, bitter, drinkable beer. 7.8% ABV and 59 IBU. 33cl bottle

Bush De Nuits: Brasserie Dubuisson Frères sprl (Belgium): This beer spent 6 months in the 55CHF recycled barrels of the burgundy Nuits St. Georges wine. Once in the bottle it re-ferments in the brewery’s warm room. This process helps it hit a 13% ABV. 75cl bottle

Bitter beers

Rappigold: Bier Factory (Rapperswil, CH): A full body English bitter style ale made from 10 CHF 33cl English yeast, German malts, Swiss and Slovenian hops. It has as nice sweet and bitterness bottle balance from the hops and malt.

Punks do it bitter: Indipendente Elav (Bergamo, Italy): An English pale ale style. Foggy off 30 CHF white with a little blonde citrus flavor and comes across a little hoppy. 75cl bottle

Topeltnelson: (Pohjala Estonia) Double IPA, everything we wanted it to be and more. 11 CHF 33cl bottle

No Country for Old Grain: Storm & Anchor (CH): A nice refreshing wheat IPA. Perfect for a 12 CHF 33cl warm summer night in the bier garden. bottle

Dipa: Poppels (SE): The motto for this double IPA is bigger is better. They are using heavy 11 CHF 33cl malts to balance out the hoppiness. A very robust beer. bottle

Nebuchanedzzar: Omnipollo (SE): An 8.5% imperial IPA has won a ton of awards in Sweden 12 CHF 33cl and is originally a home brew recipe that was scaled up. Their motto get fresh or die trying! bottle

Black Metal Manita: Van Moll (NL): This beer combines the roasted tones of a good stout 12 CHF 33cl and fruitiness of an IPA. As many as 12 different malts and 5 different hops. bottle

Amarillo: De Molen (NL): This wonderful imperial IPA clocks in at 9.2% ABV and 77IBU. A 12 CHF 33cl well made sweet, malty double IPA. bottle

Doerak: Van Moll (NL): Deep, clean delicious IPA made with 4 different American hops 12 CHF 33cl Columbus, centennial, citra and mosaic. Tropical and fruity. bottle

Mystery Solved Belgian Double IPA: Bier Factory (Rapperswil, CH): Made with 6 different 11 CHF 33cl hops from the Pacific Northwest and the bier factories own inhouse cultivated Belgian yeast. bottle 99 IBU’s IPA: 5 Quatre Mille (CH): Beautiful IPA hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe and Nelson 12 CHF 33cl Sauvin bottle

Oat IPA: Lervig (NO): Straight up flower power, effervescent beautiful and you can drink her 12 CHF 33cl for days. bottle

Tropical IPA: Biere Trois Dames (CH) Dry Ipa using a Saison yeast to ferment, and is dry 10CHF 33cl hopped with centennial and Mozaic.. An Infusion of beetroot juice is added to make the bottle color. The color and taste reminds you of grapefruit and other tropical sensations. Galaxy IPA: Lervig (NO): Single galay hopped. A rugged northern European IPA. A great 12 CHF 33cl Scandinavian take on an IPA bottle

Red IPA Pasionaria: Biere Trois Dames (CH): An awesome imperial amber beer on 11CHF steroids. Nice hoppy flavor but not to overpowering. This will take your passion to the 33cl bottle next level.

RYE IPA: Lervig (NO): Looks like a golden ale. A 5am good text book RYE IPA. Hop centric 12 CHF and hop forward. Super fresh. 33cl bottle

Saison de Ouvrier: Lover Beer (IT): An amazing sour saison fermented in wood barrels and 18 CHF uses wild yeast from the beer bera beer. 37.5cl bottle

Fake Blondish: : 5 Quatre Mille (CH): Sour ale aged with yuzu and Frenchy Oak. Can be 11CHF mixed with Easter bunny 33cl bottle

Bianca Mango Lassi: Omnipollo (SE): Gose brewed with rock salt, lactose and mango puree. 12CHF 33cl bottle

12CHF Tropical Mangose: 5 Quatre Mille (CH): An amazing gose brewed with Alpine Salt, coriander 33cl bottle and mango Sour Sour Galaxy: 5 Quatre Mille (CH): Sour beer hopped with Galaxy, Nugget & Topaz. 15CHF 7.5% ABV and 75IBU so quite a unique beer. 33cl bottle

Gose: Brew by numbers (UK): A traditional take on this sour and salty style German wheat 30 CHF/ 75 cl beer. Brewed with Coriander for herbal notes and salt for a crisp refreshing salinity bottle

SpontanBasil: Collab Lindemans & Mikkeller: An amazing Collab beer possibly one of my all 40CHF time favourites . An authentic old gueuze beer with fresh basil and a surprisingly fresh taste. 75cl bottle

Beer Brugna: LoverBeer (Marentino, IT): A sour kriek plum beer made from Piedmonte white 20 CHF plums that date back to medieval times. The Plums are only available in August. 37.5cl bottle

L’Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien: Brasserie des Franches Montagnes: (Saignelégier CH): This 17 CHF/ 37.5 cl beer is the crown jewel of the BFM beers. This is an antique beer, strong sour ale with 11% 35 CHF/ 75 cl vol, brewed in honour of the ol’ brewery cat. It is matured for months in oak barrels that previously contained wine or other spirits. It has the taste of a fruity red wine.

Sin Frontera: Collab beer: Biere Trois Dames (CH), Jester King (US), Crooked Stave (US): 12 CHF Brewed back in 2014. Lambic type ale aged in sherry barrels for 1 year woody and sour 33cl bottle

Sour Winter Ale: Trois Dames (CH): Double malted Gran Cru white beer. Sweet orange 30CHF peel, lemon and ginger are added to it to give notes of citrus and spice. A real great winter 75cl bottle beer!

Madamin: Lover Beer (IT): Tart cherry, dry oak & earthy notes. Complex with many layers of 18CHF/ 37.5cl flavor. bottle

For Fan: Lover Beer (IT): The newest creation from the king of sours. An awesome fresh 20 CHF apricot sour. 37.5cl bottle

Nebulin-a: Lover Beer (IT): This a crazy and extremely rare sour which is very hard to get a 30CHF/ 37.5cl hold of. Only a limited number of bottle. Loverbeer’s tribute to a Gueuze, a 3 year blend of bottle their Biere du Lambic along with the addition of 2012 Nebbiolo grapes that were used for Barolo wine
