1 Important changes in this version

Better detection of unsupported Outlook versions

Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) cannot be installed with 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 or Click-To-Run edition of the product. The installer detects whether the system contains supported version of Microsoft Outlook or not. The administrator is informed if the installed version of Microsoft Outlook cannot work with Kerio Outlook Connector.

Improved server shutdown process

The shutdown process of Kerio Connect server on Linux and Mac OS X has been improved to ensure higher reliability of message index files saved during the shutdown process.

• Kerio Connector for BlackBerry: work with signed and encrypted is unreliable.

3 Upgrade

• Kerio Connect 7.1.4 can be installed according to the standard plan. For details see http://support.kerio.com/kb/5. • Kerio Connector for BlackBerry must be upgraded using the same Windows account as the one used for its initial installation. The administrator must upgrade the connector manually with the installer on the server with BlackBerry Enterprise Server. • In case of upgrade from older version than Kerio Connect 7.1.0 make sure you’re familiar with changes and known issues described in previous Release Notes (7.1.0, 7.0.0 etc.). 4 Downgrade

• When downgrading the Kerio Connect server the Kerio Connector for BlackBerry must be manually downgraded to the same version. To do so, uninstall the current version of Kerio Connector for BlackBerry and install previous version back to the server with BlackBerry Enterprise Server. All settings remain unchanged.
