Index to Benjamin Stone and Packer photographic collections on microfiche

As an early President of the Birmingham Photographic Society, John Benjamin Stone helped to establish the Photographic Survey, which aimed to record for posterity the country’s architectural and historical heritage. The microfiche contain Stone’s images of .

The Packer Collection includes images by Chipping Norton photographers Frank and Basil Packer, Percy Simms and the Antona Studio. The whole collection comprises of 55,000 images dating from c1910-1970s and is held at The Centre for Oxfordshire Studies Library. The microfiche predominantly contain images of South Worcestershire.
