Qualification of Scholarship 1. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Applicants/Admission Requirement Engineering. 2. The applicant must have a non-Thai nationality with a permanent residence outside Thailand. 3. The applicant for a Masters' Program must have completed a Bachelor degree with a GPA of at least 2.75, and the applicant for a Doctoral Program must have completed a Masters' degree with a GPA of at least 3.00, from 4.00 full points grading system. 4. The applicant must not be a recipient of any other full scholarship. 5. The applicant shall apply to the program following the procedures announced by The Graduate School of Kasetsart University.
