Claim for public interest immunitv. personal information

Documents (a)1 to (a)11 contain personal information about a number of individuals who are members of the public. The personal information is their phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses and names. This personal information has been redacted in the documents included in the non-privileged documents. An unredacted version is provided in the privileged documents.

These individuals have written to the Government about the proposed Newcastle East End development project and would not have expected their personal details to be disclosed to the public.
