TRIP COST: $4560 – with 12 to 19 trip participants $3960 – 20 + trip participants (This cost is based on $1200 for airfare – rate cannot be confirmed until group deposit is delivered to airline) $600 for Single room supplement

TRIP COST INCLUDES:  Roundtrip airfare between CHA/TYS/BNA/ATL (airport TBD) and TLV & AMM  Roundtrip van transportation between BC and CHA/TYS/BNA/ATL (airport TBD)  Porterage at TLV airport and AMM airport and hotels (one piece of luggage)  Daily tips for guide, driver, and hotel staff  11 overnights at hotels with two persons sharing a double room  11 days sightseeing as per program itinerary with all entrance fees  English-speaking tour guide throughout the entire tour (Messianic Jew guide in Israel portion)  Luxury air-conditioned midi bus or coach (depending on group size)  Israeli/Jordanian buffet breakfasts and dinners at hotels & $10 daily lunch stipend for Days 2-13

TRIP REGISTRATION PROCESS:  Deposit due no later than September 15, 2017 - $125 non-refundable airline deposit, Israel- Jordan Study Tour Application, and 4 other trip forms  Payment #1 due no later than November 1, 2017 - $1,000 non-refundable payment  Payment #2 due no later than January 15, 2018 - $1,000 refundable payment  Payment #3 due no later than March 15, 2018 - Remaining balance refundable payment  PLEASE NOTE: Payments #2 and #3 are non-refundable after April 15, 2018.  PLEASE NOTE: Deposit and all payments are made payable to “Bryan College”

HOTELS: All lodging will be 3-star hotels according to the Israel Hotel star classification system and would include hotels such as (or similar ones): Tel Aviv – Gil Gal Hotel; Nazareth – Golden Crown Hotel; Tiberias – Golan Hotel; Jerusalem – Kibbutz Ramat Rachel.

TRIP INSURANCE: Trip Cancellation insurance is NOT included in the quoted price for this trip. Bryan College strongly suggests purchasing Trip Cancellation insurance. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider as most U.S. medical coverage will not cover you outside of the country. Insurance costs are typically based on the total tour cost. If trip participant is interested in Trip Cancellation insurance, it is the responsibility of the participant to secure such insurance.

PROOF OF US CITIZENSHIP, PASSPORT, VISA & MINOR CHILDREN REQUIREMENTS: This tour requires a current passport; it is the responsibility of the trip participant to provide positive identification in the form of a passport or other required identification at the time of airport check-in. Entrance to most countries require your passport be valid for 6 months after your return date. Names on airline tickets must appear as shown on passport. Minors traveling with either one parent or no parents must have a certified letter of permission from the parent or parents who is/are not traveling. This letter must be presented at airport check-in. Trip participants are personally responsible for securing a single entry visa for our time in Jordan. It is best to apply for this visa with The Jordan Embassy (http://www.jordanembassyus.org/page/consulate- forms). The current cost to secure a single entry visa is $67.50; and the visa is valid for two months from the date of issue.
