2006-present Assistant Professor, Department of Dance, Columbia College Chicago. Position includes teaching and mentoring undergraduates in all levels of technique, dance making and improvisation; student advising within the dance major; for student dance concerts; departmental and college wide committee service and continued creative and scholarly endeavors.

Their process includes investigations beyond dance e.g. into knowledge about the mind, physiology of breathing and voice and diverse body/mind approaches. Their duets explore how the physicality of relationships can be translated into media and be influenced, as well as influence other art forms, thus engaging a larger public interest in dance. 1998-1999 Min Tanaka- Hakushu, Japan Min Tanakaʼs Weathering the Body Technique is part of an interdisciplinary experience that includes farming, dance training, architecture, cooking, music, visual art and outdoor performance. His choreographic process works with images and gives responsibility of generating material to the dancer; which for the performer demands clear motivations, reasoning, and total presence in experiencing and living the images to drive the movement. Immigration 101, Digital Video, 14min, 2001, Third World Newsreel Production Conceptualized and created documentary on US immigration trends using Apple's Final Cut Pro, synthesizing interview footage, text, and sound bytes. Homeland Insecurity, Digital Video, 5min, 2001, Third World Newsreel Production Compiled and edited photos, text, and created graphic images for documentary about ethnic profiling. Premiered at MOMA Fall 2001. É Minha Cara, 16mm, 77 min, 2001, Thomas Allen Harris/Chimpanzee Production Post-production assistant for Brazilian Digital video É Minha Cara, which entailed transcribing, upgrading and reformatting the sound and video from DV, preparing for transfer to16mm. Presented at Sundance 2002. The Suitcase Digital Video, 13 min, 1999, Directing Dance for the Camera Production Collaboratively wrote, shot, directed and edited a dance video production.
