With a rich experience of more than 37 years in the field of development of Urban Estates and the trust built through allotment of over 2.70 lakh residential plots, HUDA is scaling new frontiers in the field of e-governance/ computerisation, adoption of environment friendly practices like rain-water harvesting, E.C.B.C., development of green areas etc in its pursuit of providing better services to the allotees. HUDA now presents free hold residential plots in sector 12 Palwal. FROM SOHNA Palwal is a District Headquarter and a priority town of O DELHI O T National Capital Region. The town which has a present 2 O DELHI O population of over 87000 persons, is an ancient town and T 8 1 is said to have been setup in the Mahabharta times. It has 12A ASS FROM NUH an important location,as it is situated at a distance of only P BYE NAHALA 25 K.M from Faridabad and 57 K.M south of Delhi on 9 Delhi-Mathura National Highway and lies on Delhi- SECTOR 12 Mumbai Railway line. Facility of payments in easy installments, only 10% of the total tentative cost is payable with application, 15% within one month of allotment and balance in 6 (six) equated yearly installments. Interest @5.5% per annum on the amount of earnest money for the period beyond six months of the closing of the scheme shall be paid by HUDA, if the draw is not held and subsequently earnest money is not refunded within a period of six months from the date of closing of the scheme. An individual, who has ever been allotted a plot by HUDA in Urban Estate, Palwal shall not be entitled to apply under this scheme. Application form, brochure & detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded from the HUDA website www.huda.gov.in FREE OF COST. The banks can also download application form from HUDA website and supply to applicants FREE OF COST or Printed Brochure containing detailed terms & conditions as well as prescribed application form can also be obtained from the Estate Office, HUDA Faridabad on payment of Rs. 500/- at the counter. Application can be submitted online on HUDA website or can be deposited at authorised branches of Banks. Applicant applying under reserved category must be a domicile of Haryana. IMPORTANT NOTE: An individual shall be eligible to make only one application in this scheme. In case more than one application is made by an individual, all the applications will be rejected and a deduction of Rs. 1000/- per application shall be made from earnest money as processing charges.     EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Block and Village Development Plan for Palwal, Haryana, 2031 The block and village development plan for Palwal 2031 as a Studio exercise has been taken up in second semester to prepare a sub-regional plan of substantial geographical size having a rural and urban composition. The analysis was carried out in four phases: pre-study, literature survey and identification of villages, field survey comprising of qualitative and quantitative data collection, data analysis data and identification of issues and potentials, followed by formulation of policies and proposals. The study has integrated sectoral and spatial planning approach. Various sectors such as regional setting, demography, economy, traffic and transportation, housing, infrastructure, environment, disaster management, governance and finance are studied. The spatial approach is achieved by dealing with each sector, their spatial distribution and areal differentiation. The interrelationship between each sector and the spatial pattern of development is analyzed. Palwal district being part of National Capital Region (N.C.R.) and Haryana sub-region is proposed as a regional centre in 2021. It serves as a potential region for economic development in Palwal as well as adjoining districts. Moreover, the Dedicated Freight Corridor (D.F.C.) alignment along with Kundli Manesar Palwal (K.M.P.) and Kundli Ghaziabad Palwal (K.G.P.) expressway is passing through Palwal, giving a boost to economic development of the district. This development shall trickle down to rural region for balanced regional development.
