Scratchings & Substitutions: Scratchings & crew changes including coxswains must be notified on the official form or on-line 30 minutes before its race. Bow Numbers: The Bow Number Station is located at the warm-up lake side of the RWA Umpire’s Bay. Clubs are to sign-out their bow numbers prior to each race & sign them in IMMEDIATELY after the race. Clubs will be charged for the replacement of any bow numbers either damaged, or not returned after the race. Program is accurate at time of printing. Any substitutions / scratchings made after printing will not be included.
