TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF SOYABEAN REFINED OIL AND COTTON SEED REFINED OIL.
Tender are invited from reputed suppliers for supply of following edible oils to Hafed Oil Mills, Narnaul & Rewari.

The tender should be submitted on the prescribed tender form or through Fax/E-mail. The tenderer can apply for one or more items. The complete tender Form/ E-mail/Fax should reach in the office of Hafed Regional Office, Lawrence Road, Adjoining Wazirpur Depot, Ring Road, Delhi latest by 1.00 PM on 02.12.2013 which will be opened on the same day at 2.00 PM in the tender room of Hafed Regional Office, Delhi. 1. The offer should be received through E-mail/Fax. 2. The offered rates should be valid up to 5.00 PM of the tender date, which will be finalized and informed to the concerned party accordingly. 3. The supplies will have to be made as per requirement of the Mills i.e. within 15 days from the acceptance of rate by the Tender Committee. For delaying in supply, penalty @ 1% per week or part thereof shall be imposed subject to maximum of 2% failing which Hafed have the liberty to make purchases from any other source at the risk and cost of the party. In case, if any problem of storage space comes in the Mill, then no late penalty will be imposed on the supplier and the concerned G.M. of the Mill will see whether the actual space problem for keeping the Oil or the delay on the part of party/supplier. 4. Levies while quoting rates, break up of taxes/Govt. levies be given. In case Govt. increases/decreases its duties/taxes during pendency of the rate contract, similar effect will be made on the rates quoted by the tenderer. 5. 100% payment will be released by Hafed Oil Mills, Narnaul/Rewari within 4 working days after receipt of the satisfactory OK report of the oil from the out side approved Lab. and the cash discount of Re. 0.50 per 100/- rupee will be deducted from the payment. 6. The weighment of the Tanker will be made on Hafed weighbridge and also on Private outside weighbridge, the weight will be considered by taking mean of two weighbridges that will be acceptable by both the suppliers and Hafed. 7. On receipt of the oil in Hafed Comlex, Narnaul/Rewari three samples will be drawn in the presence of committee constituted by HO time to time and out of which one sample will be sent to outside reputed laboratory (Approved by Govt. of India) for analysis according to Hafed specifications of Soyabean Refined Oil and Cotton Seed Refined Oil, one sample will be kept by mill for House Lab. testing and third as referee sample. If the Oil found below specifications, then the Tanker will be rejected straight- way and if the party re-offer next tanker within stipulated time then will be accepted by the Hafed. 8. Hafed reserves the right to negotiate the rates quoted by various tenderers, if felt necessary on the same day of opening of tender or any subsequent day. Thus the tenderers, who are not present at the time of opening of tenders/negotiations, shall be presumed to be not interested in reducing their rates and the decision will be taken accordingly. 9. Parties should send their manufacturing License/Trading License; photocopy alongwith tender form.

GENERAL CONDITONS:- It will be the discretion of Hafed to bifurcate order, if considered necessary with a view to ensure timely supply. Preference will be given to such firms who have satisfactorily executed orders for supply of Govt./Coop. Sector Institutions for at least 3 years and are an ISO 9001-2000. The firm will also provide the below mentioned information. a) List of Clients to whom the Oil supplied by them recently. b) Annual turn over of the last three years. ARBITRATION:
In case of any dispute the matter shall be referred to the Sole Arbitration of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana or his nominee whose decision shall be conclusive and binding on both the parties and shall not be objected to on the ground that R.C.S. Haryana is one of the Directors of the Board of Directors of Hafed. In case of any dispute the concerned court at Narnaul shall have the sole jurisdiction as may be the case.
