3. Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.

Periodically The websites for each of the stations in the Employment Unit include a link to Entercom 1 Entercom Careers Page throughout the the Entercom Careers page, which has information about careers in EEO Coordinator Rochester year broadcasting.

Each vacancy at the Employment Unit, including upper-level category openings, is posted on the sites of organizations that are members of the Periodically DirectEmployers Association Job Syndication Alliance. Members of the DirectEmployers Entercom 2 throughout the Alliance include organizations whose membership includes participation of EEO Coordinator Association Rochester year women and minorities, veterans and military families, government agencies, as well as other job candidates that might not be aware of employment opportunities in broadcasting. Entercom Rochester offers internships at the radio stations in our Promotions and Programming departments. Interns must be college students and receive Periodically Entercom college credit for the internships. The Programming Directors oversee the Programing Director 3 Internship Program throughout the Rochester internships to evaluate the interns and ensure they are receiving information On-Air Staff year and education. Internships are ongoing throughout the year. There were a total of 5 interns this year.

College of Liberal Arts Entercom Rochester participated in the local college Job Fair. A Promotions Rochester, 4 Career & Networking March 6, 2019 Director discussed the radio industry with students, distributed materials, and Promotions Director NY Event accepted resumes from applicants for a number of open positions.

Entercom attended the national industry wide career fair at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, 5 NAB National Job Fair April 9, 2019 Las Vegas. Entercom met with attendees, distributed job openings and HR Administrator NV discussed careers in radio at Entercom.

A group of students and teachers were given a tour of Entercom Rochester. On-Air Staff Home School Entercom The tour included an inside look at all 5 FM stations during an air shift. International Radio & Entercom attended the IRTS Multicultural Career Workshop, met with 10 Television Society Career December 5, 2019 New York, NY attendees, distributed job openings and discussed careers in radio at Talent Acquisition Manager Workshop Station Tour Entercom.

Entercom Rochester participated in the local college Job Fair. A Promotions RochesterWorks! Rochester, 11 March 6, 2019 Director discussed the radio industry with students, distributed materials, and Promotions Director Job Fair NY accepted resumes from applicants for a number of open positions.

Sales Managers Entercom Rochester hosted a breakfast for our EEO Recruitment Source January 24, 2020 Program Directors Entercom contacts. Managers discussed the opportunities available and provided an 12 EEO Breakfast and Promotion Directors Rochester overview of their specific departments.
