If you know what you are supposed to achieve, and what talents, skills and other assets you were born with to help you achieve it you would have a much easier time: • finding direction • determining and completing goals • considering relationship partners • assessing future plans • deciding on what direction to take • choosing a career path to success The purpose of this book is to teach you how to calculate your Life Path (a number from 3 to 55) and to provide you a resource for looking up your Life Path for a detailed description. Most of the Life Path’s listed here also include a list of famous people who share your Life Path number. This is important and interesting to know for reasons that I will discuss later in this book. Throughout the book I’ll do my best to explain the deeper meanings of the numbers that are listed here. This book includes detailed examples and over seven different methods to calculate your own Life Path number. Blank charts are also provided to help you personally calculate your Life Path and the Life Path numbers of friends/family for further exploration and comparison. I know that you too will find this information valuable and positive in helping you discover and explore your own life purpose. How some individuals have come to use this medium has created a stir among parents and the mental health community. One such use has been the promotion of anorexia nervosa as a healthy lifestyle choice on Pro-Anorexia (Ana) websites. These have become controversial spaces due to their presumed influence on both the initiation and maintenance of anorexia nervosa. Despite growing concern regarding the contents of Pro-Ana websites, limited research has been conducted in this area resulting in a lack of awareness of the role, contents and unique perspective contained on these sites. Therefore the purpose of this qualitative study was to explore how anorexia nervosa is alternatively portrayed on Pro-Ana websites and how this portrayal either maintains or challenges eating disordered symptomology. Thematic content analysis of the text contained on two of the most popular Pro-Ana websites yielded five major themes: perfection and control, pain and suffering, secrecy, exclusion and medical and psychological knowledge. The results suggested that there is a large discrepancy between the portrayal of anorexia nervosa on Pro-Ana websites as a healthy lifestyle choice and the current clinical perspective which views anorexia as a dangerous and fatal illness.

Centering on the reminiscences of Rose McNulty, a woman who has spent over fifty years in state institutions, The Secret Scripture is a deeply moving story of love lost and redeemed, against the backdrop of an emerging Irish state in which female sexuality and independence unsettles the colluding patriarchies of church and nationalist politics. Demonstrating Sheridan’s trademark skill with actors, his profound sense of story, and depth of feeling for Irish social history, The Secret Scripture marks a return to personal themes for the writer-director as well as a reunion with producer Noel Pearson, almost a quarter of a century after their breakout success with My Left Foot.
