Aberfeldy - 12 Year This single malt is at the heart of Dewar's blended whisky. Sweet and malty with honey and spice, this 12 year old has a gentle peatiness to it. The finish has more malt Highland and a hint of citrus. Aberlour - 10 Year Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this 10 year old from Aberlour remains a perennial favourite. Ancnoc - 12 Year This 12 year old exhibits a gentle, non-sherried style of whisky. Madeira, winter Speyside spices and herbal hint give way to an oak and barley finish. Ardbeg - 10 Year Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered as one of the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. A non chill-filtered Whisky gives maximum flavours of vanilla, lemon, lime and tarry smoke to name but a few. The long finish is smokey Islay with aniseed, toasted almonds and fresh pear.

Lowland Auchentoshan - American oak as its name suggests is matured solely in American bourbon casks, this American Oak gives vanilla, cocnut and peach on the palate with a grapefruit and slightly spicey Lowland finish. Auchentoshan - Three American bourbon and two different sherry casks are used to age this whisky. Taste Wood rich fruits and hazelnut with cinnamon and lemon hints lead to an oaky frsh fruit Lowland finish. Bailie Nicol Jarvie This is a blend of Highland, Speyside, and Islay malts. Chivas Regal - 12 Year This blended whisky has a rich fruity taste with vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch and a lightly spiced and peppered finish. Blend Connemara This is a peated single malt from Ireland. It is smooth on the palate with malt, peat, Single malt Irish barley, and sweet smoke. Glenfarclas - 15 Year This 15 year old is from Glenfarclas is matured in sherry casks and this is evident on the palate, along with raisins, orange peel, and dates. A very long complex finish with Highland walnuts. Glenfiddich - 12 Year Aged for 12 years in American and European oak casks fruit flavours, butterscotch, Speyside and subtle oak give way to a mellow smooth finish. - IPA This offering from Glenffidich's experimental series is finished in IPA casks for 3 Experiment months, the beer being specifically brewed for the distillery. Zesty citrus, vanilla, green apples and fresh hops are in evidence on the palate. A long sweet finish has a Speyside hint of green hops.

Haig Club - Clubman This is the entry level offering from Haig and is aged entirely in bourbon casks giving Single grain the whiskey a sweetness with vanilla, and caramel, and more vanilla on the finish. Haig Club This single grain whisky uses spirits matured in three types of bourbon cask. There is toffee, vanilla and oak on the palate, with more toffee, spice and bourbon on the Single grain finish. - Japanese Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt from the Yamazaki and Harmony Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. On the palate year old there is a touch of sweetnesswith honey and citrus fruits with wood spice and slight peat on the finish. Orkney Inverleven This 1990 vintage was bottled by Gordon and MacPhail as the distillery was closed and the stills removed in 1991. Peppery and fruity on the palate with vanilla, malt, Lowland hops and spice give way to a moderate finish with malty notes.

Kilchoman - 2008 This is the first ever 7 year old fron Kilchoman, distilled in 2008 it has sweet vanilla, Vintage a fruitiness with blueberries and apricot and a touch of smoke. A creamy finish with Islay soft peat.

Kilchoman - Madeira 6100 bottles of this 2011 whisky have been produced. Barley, pepper, oak, and Cask molasses to the taste with walnut and ginger. The finish is long with peat, citrus and Islay burnt sugar.

Knockando - 12 Year This Speyside single malt is nutty with hints of cereal, the finish is caramel popcorn Speyside and a touch of pepper.

Lagavulin - 16 Year An incredibly rich Islay whisky with creosote, kelp, iodine along with sherry and Islay fruity sweetness. The long spicy finish has dates, peat, and vanilla. Laphroaig - 10 Year Another of the big bold Islay single malts, on the palate there is seaweed, vanilla and the distinctive TCP flavours, with oak, pepper, and chilli. The finish is big with tar Islay and iodine. Laphroaig - Quarter A still maturing Laphroaig whisky is transferred into a quarter cask, a smaller cask Cask size which gives an increased contact between whisky and wood. The product of this is a softer taste with sweetness, cola, chilli and TCP. More sweetness on the finish Islay with spice and smoke.

Lauder's This is a smooth blended whisky with caramel, oak, and a little smoke. The finish is Blend medium with dry oak. Macallan - 18 Year This is a sherry oak matured 18 year old single malt with a sweet, rich, fruity taste. Hints of winter spices, orange and wood smoke finishing with toffee, ginger, smoke Speyside and oak.

Macallan - Gold A no age statement from Macallan with citrus, boiled sweets, cinnamon, ginger, and Speyside soft oak to taste. The finish is medium sweet, malty, and slightly dry. Monkey Shoulder This is a blend of three neighbouring distilleries on Speyside. A malty, creamy whisky with toasted barley, butterscotch, honey, and apricot. Oban - 14 Year This is a smokey single malt with a smooth sweetness. Notes of citrus, seaweed, and Highland wafts of smoke. A good length finish has fruit and dry oak. Penderyn - Independence Number 2 in the 'Icons of Wales' whisky series, Independence is smooth and sweet with vanilla and rich dried fruits. The long finish has sultanas and Maderia cake. Welsh single malt Penderyn - Madeira This is the core of the Penderyn whisky range with maturation finished in Madeira casks. The palate is sweet with spice, biscuit and custard. A fresh, crisp finish has Welsh single malt spice and ginger. Penderyn - Peated Limited to approximately 5000 bottles per year and using ex peated Scottish whisky casks to impart flavour there is aromatic smoke, vanilla, apple, and citrus on the Welsh single malt palate with a smokey vanilla finish. Royal Lochnagar - 12 Year This whisky has sherry and fruit on the palate with malt, and a grassy sweetness. Some peat on the dry finish with vanilla and rich spice. Highland Scapa - The Orcadian This Orkney whisky is exclusively aged in first-fill American oak casks giving a smooth and sweet taste with melon, pear, and sherbet lemons on the palate. The finish Orkney is sweet, long, and refreshing. Sheep Dip This whisky is blended from sixteen 8 to 21 year old malts. Young and malty on the palate with fruity notes, ans some sherry. More sherry on the finish with salt and Blend pepper at the end. Smokehead This peated whisky has a cult following, as you would expect there is big peaty notes on the palate, with a smoky, fruity, sweetness and a hint of sherry. The finish has Islay more peat smoke, tangy fruit and herbal notes. Springbank - 10 Year Both bourbon and sherry casks are used in the maturation of this single malt. A full bodied palate has peat, nuttiness, smoke and cereal sweetness. The finish is long with Campbeltown a coastal tang, hints of peat and drying oak.

Springbank - 15 Year Uniquely from malting to bottling all the stages of producing whisky are carried out at the . This 15 year old offering is quite full, rich, and creamy with dark chocolate, Xmas cake fruits, toffee, and vanilla. Oak, sherry, and leather are all Campbeltown apparent in the fairly long finish.

Talisker - 10 Year This well respected island malt is very smokey with strong peppery peat on the Skye tongue. The long finish has barley and malt. Tamdhu - 10 Year This whisky is matured exclusively in sherry casks giving this 10 year old malt fruits and spices on the palate with soft toffee and sherry oak. The finish is drying with a Speyside hint of fruit and a little smoke.

The Singleton of This 12 year old single malt uses mainly European oak in the aging process, a malty Dufftown core is complemented by orange zest, nuts, oak, and toffee. The finish is rich and oaky with some fruit. Speyside

Japanese single malt Tanners Speyside - 15 Year This 15 year old speyside from Tanners has fruitcake, apples, and cinnamon to taste leading to a smooth and gentle honeyed finish. Speyside Teeling Small Batch This is a small batch blended whiskey, finished in rum casks. On the rich palate is vanilla, spice, dried herbs and cinnamon. The finish is both floral and herbal ending Blended Irish whiskey with caramel.

Teeling Vintage This is the first whiskey from the Teeling vintage reserve range of small batch, single Reserve - 21 Year malts. Matured in bourbon casks and finished in Sauternes casks it is smooth on the palate with apricot, apple and touches of nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is long and Single malt Irish mellow, sweet with more fruit and oak. whiskey

Tomatin - 12 Year This is quite a sweet single malt from the highlands with fudge, dark sugar, toffee Highland apple, and winter spice. The finish has a fruity sweetness. Tomintoul - 10 Year Introduced in 2002 this is a gentle 10 year old whisky with barley sugar, toasted cereal, and honey with a gentle oaky spice on the palate. The short finish is sweet with Speyside a touch of spice. Tomintoul - 16 Year This 16 year single malt is aged in select bourbon casks giving espresso, almonds, and boiled sweets on the palate, with vanilla fudge and thick cream. He finish has a good Speyside length with more almond, barley sugar and a slight spice.

Tormore - 12 Year Medium bodied and smooth on the palate, tastes of marmalade, fresh zest, hay, barley Speyside sugar and soft oak. A good length finish has more oak and a touch of hay. Tullamore D.E.W. This blended Irish whiskey uses sherry and bourbon casks in the maturation. Fresh fruit, toasted wood, and vanilla to the taste give way to a mellow finish with toffee Irish whiskey and caramel. Tullibardine - Having been matured in first fill Bourbon barrels, this is a lovely, balanced whisky. Bulleit - Bourbon Orange, winter spices and hints of tobacco leaf on the palate give way to a smooth Bourbon and spicy finish. Bulleit - Rye This small batch whiskey has 95% rye and 5% malted barley in the mash giving tastes of hot spice followed by peach, cherry, and orange zest. The finish is smoky with Rye whiskey cinnamon and allspice.

Jack Daniels - Gentleman Jack This whiskey is charcoal mellowed before and after maturation giving a full bodied fruity taste with spice, and a silky warm finish. Tennessee whiskey Jack Daniels - Single Barrel One in every 100 barrels is set aside to mature for single barrel. Toasted oak, caramel and vanilla to taste. Tennessee whiskey

Jim Beam - Black This bourbon is aged for 6 years. Silky smooth palate with toffee and honey, the Bourbon finish is citrus dominated. Jim Beam - Honey Jim Beam original bourbon infused with honey. Bourbon liqueur Jim Beam - Red Stag Jim Beam original bourbon infused with black cherry. Bourbon liqueur This is a small batch bourbon from Jim Beam and is named after the creek near where Abraham Lincoln grew up. Aged for 9 years there is a sweetness with wood and Bourbon caramel to taste with a long smooth finish.

Woodford Reserve A high 18% rye content in the mash and a muturation of at least 6 years give a thick full taste with coffee beans, spices, ginger toasted oak and some sweetness.
