Some items have been updated in this manual from the Paddle Canada website 2015. This document should not be used alone but in conjunction with the PC resource material, program manual, stroke resource manual and other supporting documentation. It is not a complete resource manual for all conditions, paddling styles, equipment, or knowledge – there is a brief list of additional resources available at the end of the document for more information.
