On Sunday, March 29, from 1:00 to 4:00p.m., NYRR is presenting a fun FREE clinic at P.S. 59 on how to get your kids moving and eating healthfully.

Kids and adults will participate in exciting games and highly interactive workshops, with experts in the fields of running, fitness, and nutrition giving their best advice to motivate and encourage youth to be active and eat well!

Children in grades K-6 of all fitness levels, accompanied by their parents or guardians,* are warmly invited to play and learn healthy tips that can change young lives forever.

The afternoon will include a special nutrition and fitness presentation by Olivia Ward, winner of Season 11 of NBC’s The Biggest Loser.
