Competition Terms & Conditions The following rules apply to the Land Explore Challenge 2018:

1) This competition is operated by Bullitt Group Limited in conjunction with Positive Dialogue Communications (collectively the “Promotor”) 2) These Terms and Conditions and any other rules specified by the Promotor from time to time (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to any competition which is run by or on behalf of the Promotor (“Competition”). 3) By taking part in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promotor which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 4) The Competition is open to residents of South Africa, who are aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents or any other company or person professionally connected with the Competition. 5) The Competition involves: a) Five /Instagram influencers (“Influencers”) taking part in a challenge using the Explore Outdoor Phone to guide them through a series of activities. b) Some of these activities require the influencer to answer a question, these questions will be placed on the Influencer’s Instagram profile and their audience asked to provide answers. c) The influencer that wins the challenge will be awarded a Land Rover Explore Phone to give to whichever of their followers has answered the most questions correctly in their pursuit of the challenge. 6) All answers to Influencers questions must be submitted via Instagram direct message using the hashtag #exploremorechallenge 7) Multiple entries are permitted. 8) Only engagement that is deemed to be in relation to questions posed will be deemed eligible entries, and all engagement deemed as harmful/spam will be excluded. 9) The decision of the winning Influencer in allocation of the prize shall be final. 10) It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide the Influencer in relation to prize delivery is accurate, complete and up to date. 11) The winner will be notified by means of the contact details provided to the Influencer before 30 September 2018. If we are unable to contact a winner within seven working days of first notification from our team or representative, the winner will forfeit the prize, and we reserve the right to allocate a new winner under the same conditions 12) The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Competition and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Competition Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence, including gross negligence) in connection with a competition or accepting or using the prize. 14) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them when entering. These rules are legal and binding upon entrants. 15) We reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend any competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of the Promotors control. 16) There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part. However, the Promotor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promotor’s control make it necessary to do so. 17) The winner may be required to participate in publicity, with no further compensation, related to the Competition which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. 18) You are hereby notified that you have a right to decline consenting to your name, biographical details and involvement in the competition being made available to us. You further have the right to decline being photographed for and to appear online in terms of clause above. Should you wish to exercise either or both of these rights, you shall do so by informing us within five days of the announcement that you have won the competition, via e-mail to [email protected], in which e-mail you shall provide us with particularity of the rights which you wish to exercise. Should you not inform us that you intend exercising these rights within the above five-day period, you shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions of the competition. 19) The Promotors and Influencer’s decision on any matter concerning the Competition and winner and/or arising out of these terms and conditions is final and binding on you, and no correspondence will be entered into. 20) By entering the competition in accordance with its terms, you are entering a promotional competition for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) and the promotional competition will be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the CPA. Should you win a prize in the competition, you undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the promoter/sponsor to comply with its obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to (i) providing such personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the prize (including providing proof of address and identity number) and (ii) signing receipt of the prize upon its delivery. The names of the prize winners will be published on the LEM websites and social media pages subject to the winner’s consent. Winners may be requested to take part in the promoter’s publicity campaigns or to allow their names and likenesses to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes. Winners are, however, entitled to decline such request.
