The Hatters, who went 2-9 a year ago, are also in their second season as a program, after reintroducing the program in 2014 following a 57-year hiatus. Florida Tech poured in the fi rst 47 points of the game to blitz the Hatters in their 381 32 home opener. Stetson trailed by 30 after the fi rst 10 minutes of the contest, while being PASSING YARDS TACKLES outgained 531-171 for the game. JOHN RUSS TYLER WARD The bulk of Stetson’s offense has come on the ground this season, as it enters Saturday’s game averaging over 151 yards per outing. AJ Washington leads a balanced rushing attack, gaining a team-best 73 yards on the ground through the fi rst two games of the season.
