Concept for hygiene and prevention of infections NRHA e.V.

- NRHA Germany uses info boards as well as leaflets to inform about general and specific rules of hygiene. - Per competitor two additional accompanying individuals are permitted. These are to be named immediately upon arrival on the show grounds and cannot be changed after the fact. A substitution of an individual during the course of the show is not possible. - Each competitor receives a bracelet, which grants access to the show grounds.. - Spectators are not permitted by Bavarian law. - Hand washing facilities, liquid soaps and disposable towels will be provided in a sufficient manner. Restrooms will be equipped with soap dispensers and disposable towels. - Showers, hair dryers and changing rooms will not be provided - The show office on site can be reached by phone at +49 9624 919 6071 or at +49 151 26822 635 (Maximilian Jurczyk). Competitors should visit the show office only to pick up their back numbers and to turn in the registration form upon arrival. - If a competitor wishes to late-enter a class or to declare his/her participation in a class, he/she is also encouraged to use abovementioned ways of contact. - Publications and announcements such as draw orders or results lists will be made available by the show office electronically and/or online via the NRHA app or on Showmanager. - The competitors park their respective vehicles directly at their stall tracts where their reserved stalls are located. - Upon arrival on the show grounds the designated location will be assigned by NRHA Germany staff. After a vehicle has been moved it is the competitor’s responsibility to restore the required distance to other parked vehicles. - The stall allocation determined by show management is to be observed compellingly. In particular empty stalls are to remain empty. - In the arena (OBH) a maximum number of 20 horses are allowed for warm up and training purposes at the same time. To prevent crowding during night training sessions specific time slots for training sessions will be determined. - Competitors are to leave show arenas immediately after conclusion of the class. - Prize money will be paid by the NRHA Germany office via bank transfer. - NRHA Germany will not provide a show vet for this event. If the presence of a vet is required, competitors have to call the vet individually (contact information can be obtained from the notice board outside the show office. The vet will arrive directly at the respective stall. Face mask have to be worn in this case by competitor, accompanying individual and vet. - The current governmental rules for hygiene and prevention of infections of the Bavarian Infection Prevention Act are to be complied with. - NRHA Germany has established a concept for hygiene and prevention of infections for horse shows based on current rules and regulations in regards to Covid-19 in accordance with the authorities. The strict compliance with this concept is a prerequisite to be able to run the event.

The resulting obligations based on the governmental guidelines are subsequently also own obligations of the competitors and their respective accompanying individuals. Violations of these obligations may not only jeopardize the individual’s further participation in the event but the event in its entirety. The compliance with these rules and regulations will not only be monitored by NRHA Germany but also by the authorities, particularly by the law enforcement. Violations can result in legal actions and police measures such as an exclusion from the event. - The concept for hygiene and prevention of infections is based on current requirements of the authorities. Changes may occur up until the beginning of the actual event. Potential relaxations of requirements by the authorities will be instated if possible. Potentially tightened rules will have to be enforced by us in a strict manner, even if they may infringe on the individual rights of the competitors and the accompanying individual (s) or even result in the termination of the event altogether. - If the event hast to be cancelled based on a decision made by the authorities, NRHA Germany e.V. is not liable for damages. In case the event has to be cancelled by order of the authorities, NRHA Germany e.V. will attempt to reimburse competitors for entry fees already paid less expenses already incurred in conjunction with the event. The reimbursed amount lies within the discretion of the executive board of NRHA Germany e.V. and is final. - In case the event has to be cancelled based on a decision made by the authorities the aforementioned rules of reimbursement of entry fees and liability apply. Is the cancellation of the event based on misconduct of individual competitors or accompanying individuals violating the rules for hygiene and infection prevention NRHA Germany e.V. reserves the right to hold the competitor or his accompanying individual(s) liable for damages by ways of legal actions.

NRHA Germany is furthermore neither entitled nor obligated to independently record health data of users in this context. - Competitors and accompanying individuals ensure explicitly that they have been made aware of this, read and understood and take full responsibility and liability for the compliance with the following conditions: - access to the show grounds is prohibited to any individual with symptoms of acute respiratory disease of any magnitude or fever - any individual, who during his/her stay on the show grounds develops symptoms that are typical for COVID-19 such as respiratory illness or fever has to leave the show grounds immediately - distancing requirements - frequent hand hygiene, in particular the washing of hands with soap and running water is a necessity - effective face masks are to be worn indoors (barns, catering tents, restrooms etc.), especially while passing through tight spots such as entrances, alleyways etc. - everyone is required to bring a sufficient number of face masks enabling proper hygiene throughout the duration of the show - every opportunity to air out rooms is to be used - all orders given by NRHA Germany staff as well representatives of the authorities are to be followed to the fullest extent.

- domestic rights will be exercised towards individuals who are not obeying the rules and regulations. - excluded from the entire show grounds are:

• Individuals who had contact with COVID-19 cases within the previous 14 days • Individuals with unspecific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any magnitude

The competitor accepts the aforementioned by submitting an entry form and arriving at the show grounds. Additionally competitors will be asked to sign the aforementioned upon arrival, which may constitute an updated version in relation to altered current circumstances. Accessing the show grounds as well competing in the event are not possible without signature. By signing the document the competitor explicitly declares that all accompanying individuals have been fully informed about the content of these terms of use, have read and understood them and assume full liability.
