Local Tuggerah Lakes prawns are featured throughout the menu and seafood lovers will be delighted to find ZIVA’s own fresh and grilled seafood plate to share. To enhance your dining experience we have suggested some wine and matches throughout the menu and the inclusion of our house made desserts will complete your meal. ZIVA Beef Our ZIVA beef is sourced from the Riverine region in New South Wales. Prime quality cattle are grain fed for a minimum of 100 days and are graded under the Meat Standards Australia system, ensuring a consistently high quality eating experience. Our Scotch Fillet is premium Grasslands beef, raised on natural pastures and free of artificial hormones, resulting in a rich earthy flavour.

Local Prawns When available, local Tuggerah Lakes Prawns will be used in dishes throughout our menu.

Gluten Free Choices Special consideration has been given to incorporate an array of Gluten Free dining options. Whilst all care is taken to provide a Gluten Free product, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. A Gluten Free chip is available on request for menu items marked GFA. Are you planning a special celebration with family, friends or work colleagues? Ask our team about booking a ZIVAbration! Available for groups with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 25 people. A ZIVAbration includes tables reserved for your guests and set with a bunch of helium celebration balloons, colour co-ordinated serviettes and complimentary cutting of your cake.
