MINUTES of the PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING of the St. Enoder Parish Council held on Tuesday 13th October 2020 via Zoom due to Covid-19 pandemic at 7pm.

20/P30 Minutes Proposal by Cllr Cocks to approve the minutes of the Planning Committee 8th September 2020, seconded Cllr Bunyan, unanimous. It was resolved that the minutes of the meeting of 8th September 2020 be approved and to be signed as a true and correct record at the next face to face meeting of the Planning Committee.

20/P32 Planning Applications a. PA20/07261 Unit And Surrounding Land Furthest South West Of Kingsley Village Shopping Park To The East Of The Waste Transfer Station. Fence Line Borders The A30. Erection of new fence to enhance security on site. Proposal by Cllr Cocks to support the application, seconded Cllr Cowburn, carried with 1 abstention. The above was duly resolved. b. PA20/07320 Land To The East Of Motor Showroom Road From Chapel Town Business Park To New Row Summercourt TR8 5AG. Submission of details to discharge conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 in respect of Decision Notice PA18/07626 dated 1st March 2019. Application noted. The above was duly resolved. c. PA20/07505 Land South Of October Cottage Trevarren St Columb TR9 6PH. Removal of existing detached garage and formation of a new plot with the construction of a detached dwelling and garage. Proposal by Cllr Bunyan to support the application as legitimate infill, seconded Cllr Cocks , carried with 1 abstention. The above was duly resolved. d. PA20/06917 Retyn View Summercourt TR8 5DE. Construction of Stables and storage building. Proposal by Cllr Cocks to support the application, seconded Cllr Wimberley, carried with 1 abstention.

The above was duly resolved. e. PA20/07727 Land At The Barn Little Resparva Farm Chapel Town Summercourt. Construction of new agricultural and machinery storage building. Proposal by Cllr Cocks to object the application but may be minded to support if it is nearer the existing barns and green in colour also details on height, seconded Cllr Lobb, carried with 1 abstention. The above was duly resolved. f. PA20/07406 The Bungalow Beacon Road Summercourt TR8 5DN. Proposed replacement dwelling. Proposal by Cllr Cowburn to support the application, seconded Cllr Bunyan, carried with 1 abstention and 1 against. The above was duly resolved. g. PA20/05898 1 Arrallas Barns Access To Arrallas Barns Ladock . Listed building consent to repointing of external walls as part of the general maintenance of the building. Proposal by Cllr Hearl to support the application, seconded Cllr Wimberley, carried with 1 abstention. The above was duly resolved. Cllr Cole as Cornwall Cllr did not vote on any of the above applications

PA20/06281 3 Mathew Close Moorland Road . Proposed extension to the side with the existing garage and conversion and first floor extension over- approved. c. PA20/06815 Land South West Of 1 Leghorn Cottages Goss Moor St Columb TR9 6HW. Variation of Condition 2 (in accordance with approved plans) to Decision PA19/03361 for Proposed new detached dwelling and garage (Minor Material Amendments to enable revised openings and inclusion of front entrance porch)- approved.
