Sub :- Souhrida Club- Training for Students- School Convenors –Ottappalam Educational District in Palakkad District-reg

It is decided to conduct two days residential training programme for School Convenors (Student Leaders) of Souhrida Club of Schools under Ottappalam Educational District as follows:

List of schools to be participated in the Training Programme is attached. Principals are directed to relieve two students (two School Convenors of Souhrida Club) from each school. In case of co-education schools, participants selected for the training should be one boy and one girl student. Souhrida Co-ordinator should make necessary arrangements for the participation of School Convenors in the training programme at the concerned centre. Participants are directed to report at 9.30 am at the venue. Travel Expense of the students should be met from the PTA fund. Principals are strictly directed to ensure that students are participating in the training programme .

District Co-ordinators and Joint Co-ordinators are directed to monitor the training programme in their district and a detailed report has to be submitted within 10 days after the programme. Following teachers are deputed for organizing the programme on above days
