UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body rulings

Fines and suspensions imposed for misbehaviour of players and fans

UEFA today announced the findings of the Control and Disciplinary Body following their all-day meeting held Thursday 6 September 2001.

Significant cases handled by the Control and Disciplinary Body included the fines for crowd disturbances imposed in particular on Apollon Limassol FC and Brescia Calcio in their respective UEFA competition matches, as well as a four-match suspension imposed on FC Dinamo player Soso Grishikashvili for physically contesting the referee’s decision.
