by Father Theodore Ehmer Associate Priest Hello! My name is Father Theodore Ehmer and I am the new associate priest here at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral. If I haven’t met you yet, I hope to soon! I was born in September 1982 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to my parents, William and Susan, and baptized as an infant at Birmingham United Church of Christ in Pittsburgh. (Given that I grew up in Pittsburgh, it shouldn’t be surprising that I say: Go Steelers!) Throughout my youth, I was active in our church, serving as an altar boy, participating in the choir, and attending Sunday School. My parents nurtured a Christian upbringing for my brothers and me through regular church attendance and they served our church community through positions in leadership. In fact, my mother, who was raised Catholic, nearly became
