Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Consultation Form

Tandridge District Council is publishing the Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe Neighbourhood Plan. Information on the plan can be found at www.tandridge.gov.uk/CCWnp and paper copies of the Plan and the accompanying Design Guide can be viewed at the Council Offices and Tandridge District libraries.

There are a number of ways you can make comments on the Plan, the Design Guide, and accompanying documentation. You should also consider whether the plan meets the legal Basic Conditions as set out in the Basic Conditions Statement available online or at the Council offices and in Tandridge District libraries.

Please return this form to Tandridge District Council by 5pm on Monday 2 September 2019. Please note that the Council is unable to accept anonymous comments and for a comment to be formally accepted, a name and contact address must be provided. All comments received will be public information.
