CITIBANK ATM NETWORK NOW SECOND TO ONE

Sydney, 2 April 2009: and Diners Club customers will soon have access to the second largest ATM network free of direct charges in .

Citibank currently partners with to give its customers access to more than 1,700 fee- free Citibank and Westpac-branded ATMs nationwide.

That fee-free network for Citibank and Diners Club customers will expand when St.George and BankSA join the partnership adding more than 900 ATMs to the pool.

“We are delighted St.George and BankSA have agreed to join our partnership with Westpac,” said Roy Gori, CEO of Citibank Australia, the consumer banking arm of Citi Australia.

“We have always given our Citibank and Diners Club customers the highest possible level of fee-free ATM transactions and we are pleased to continue to offer that money-saving feature our customers have grown to expect from us.”

St.George and BankSA will join the ATM network in early May, creating a pool of more than 2,600 fee-free ATMs for Citibank and Diners Club customers nationwide.

Notes to editors: On participating ATMs ATMs located at BP service stations will not be included in the network of fee-free ATMs.

On ATM fees Citibank Plus provides customers unlimited fee-free transactions1 including no Citi fees for the use of any ATM in Australia. A low monthly fee of $5.00 is waived when a customer credits their salary2. Terms and conditions apply and are available on request.

Cash advance fees on credit products will still apply. This fee is standard across all ATMs.

A foreign currency conversion fee applies for use of overseas ATMs.
