The Bradley women’s basket- ball team began 2015 the same way they ended 2014: on a losing streak. The women fell to every oppo- nent they faced over winter break, losing by an average deficit of 18 points per game. The rough stretch is due to multiple issues. “The biggest challenge would have to be staying consistent and stopping other team’s runs,” senior guard Michelle Young said. “When we are consistent and stay sharp on the court, we are a great team and stay right in the game. If we stop our opponents’ runs, then we stop their momentum and can go on our own runs.” Head coach Michael Brooks said he believes that some of the struggles come from a lack of con- fidence.
