More than 1,000 registered buyers poured through the doors of the new Glenside Sales and Information Centre on the opening weekend reflecting the strong appeal of this new project. Registrants were given the details of the first homes to be released at Glenside – 15 architecturally designed, three, four and five-bedroom town homes along Mulberry Road. Plans were also showcased for Glenside’s first park which connects through to Victoria Park and the CBD via bike and walking trails. The South Australian project team received an overwhelmingly positive response from prospective buyers, with 12 homes purchased in the first month at an average price of over $900,000. Mr Patrick Archer, Cedar Woods’ Chief Operating Officer, said the collection of town homes at Glenside are unique with contemporary designs, sympathetic to the character and quality of the established eastern suburbs and surrounding historic architecture of the site. JACKSON GREEN CONTINUES TO THRIVE The first residents will soon move into Wattle Apartments, which is the first apartment building to be completed at Jackson Green in Clayton South, Victoria. The settlement of Wattle Apartments in June will follow the recent completion of Stage One of Jackson Green townhomes, with owners taking possession in January this year.
