1.3 SUBMITTALS

A. Submit under provisions of Section 01 30 00 - Administrative Requirements.

B. Product Data: Manufacturer's data sheets on each product to be used, including:

1. Preparation instructions and recommendations.

2. Storage and handling requirements and recommendations.

3. Installation methods.

1.4 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

A. Store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation.

1.5 PROJECT CONDITIONS

A. Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's recommended limits.

1.6 WARRANTY

A. Warranty: Provide manufacture's standard limited 5-year warranty. All warranties are effective from the date of initial shipment from manufacturer.

2.2 DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS

A. Diaper changing stations shall meet ASTM safety standards, include ANSI warning labels, and shall be ADA compliant when installed.

** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** Changing stations are made from durable, easy to clean, high density polyethylene which is inherently bacterial resistant. Clean design fits virtually all decors and is excellent for cost conscious customers. All models are ADA compliant when properly installed and include built-in liner dispensers, all necessary mounting hardware, safety strap and buckle. EZ Mount#&153; Backer Plate optional. Delete if not required.

B. Horizontal Polyethylene Diaper Changing Station:

1. Product: 100-EHBP - Horizontal Polyethylene Diaper Changing Station as manufactured by Foundations Worldwide, Inc.

a. Models shall include built-in liner dispensers, diaper hooks, mounting hardware, one-hand operation safety strap and buckle.

C. Vertical Polyethylene Diaper Changing Station:

PART 3 EXECUTION

3.1 EXAMINATION

A. Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared.

B. If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.

3.2 PREPARATION

A. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.

B. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.

3.3 INSTALLATION

A. Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

3.4 PROTECTION

A. Protect installed products until completion of project.

B. Touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion.
