You will find our packages and pricing designed to fit your budget accordingly. Also included are additional tools and requirements to assist with your wedding. Christine Diamond is the lead wedding planner as well as owner of Christine’s Diamond Events Studio.

Christine’s Diamond Events Studio is a Stafford, Virginia based wedding and event planning company designed to provide all aspects of wedding and special events. The company mission is to create breathtaking results combined with your vision and our creative interpretation.

We base our values on the principles to uniquely and professionally plan weddings and events that will leave lasting memories. Our goal is to provide our clients with customized planning services with excellence and a personal touch. No event is out of reach to handle from our perspective.

Meet Christine

I’m a native New Jersey “shore girl” and love everything about beaches, the ocean, bagels and pizza! Moreover, I love being the organization and creativity “guru” that I am. For years I have had the ability to utilize my creativity by planning small but amazing events for friends and family. It didn’t really dawn on me that I could take this “gift” to the next level when I planned the baby shower for the arrival of my first grandson. When word spread about the success of that event back in 2008, I quickly realized this was the “business dream” on the back burner and needed to be birthed to the forefront. So thus, the journey began.

I love the planning process of assisting clients with their visions and walking them through the process to see their vision become a reality. That within itself is a personal joy knowing clients can trust that I will go above and beyond their expectations and provide them with outstanding professionalism. Although my company is new, I bring a wealth of experience where I am accustomed to perfecting the smallest and simplest details while managing multiple projects at one time.

Initial Consultation Meeting (What to Expect)

I can meet anywhere suitable to your liking whether it is at your home, my home office, Starbucks or an outside café. Flexibility is key!

During our initial meeting, I will get to know you as a couple and how your “story” came about. We will review the consultation questionnaire in order to discuss your unique vision and the framework of your wedding day. I will provide you with tools and additional information you will need for the planning process. You will also be required to complete a more in depth questionnaire and contract to retain our services. You will be provided with a packet containing my business card, brochure, vendor suggestion list and other useful information for your personal reference. The consultation should take 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how much assistance you require. It is always my pleasure to help you plan your special wedding day

Our Wedding Planning Packages

We offer three (3) packages that are sure to fit your needs. In addition, we offer a la carte services and a wide variety of other products and services to assist you from beginning to end. Complete package, a la carte and other services along with pricing are listed on the attached sheet.

  • Full Service Wedding Planner Package (The Diamond Jewel III) – This package is designed to give you complete full service wedding planning to ensure your vision becomes reality, especially when time is of the essence. In mind for the couple that wants it all, this package is essential to create all that the couple needs for their wedding day. It will include all the planning as well as day of services to ensure all of the pieces are well put together and the event is moving according to timeline set.
  • “Day Of Wedding” Planning Package (The Diamond Jewel II) – This package is designed for the couple not wanting to do more than what they need or should do on their special day. We plan to execute your wedding day the way you’ve envisioned and planned it so you can enjoy the day you have always dreamed of.
  • Wedding Planning Consulting Package (The Diamond Jewel I) – This package is designed to provide full assistance with wedding day plans without on-site wedding day coordination. It consists of several one-on-meetings to help in the areas that are needed in your planning process.

Full Service Wedding Planner Package (The Diamond Jewel III)

(Starting at $3,500)

·  Unlimited personal consultations for meetings and vendor consultations

·  Unlimited consultations via email or phone

·  Wedding planning binder to organize contracts, magazine inspiration & miscellaneous information

·  Preparation, management and allocation of budget

·  Provide wedding planning timeline and maintain schedule for meetings, deadlines, and vendor payments

·  Schedule, coordinate, and attend all meetings with wedding vendors

·  Venue research to include locating venues, correspond with venue manager, schedule appointments, and attend tours

·  Vendor recommendations suitable to client’s budget and taste to include: photographer, videographer, caterer, bar catering, band and/or DJ, florist, cake designer, stationer or invitation designer, and all other wedding professionals

·  Read and oversee all contracts executed by the client with wedding professionals

·  Negotiate contracts, promotions, and discounts with wedding professionals

·  Complete style and design planning to include a design board

·  Wedding style consultation to review ideas for the wedding day

·  Assistance with ordering save the dates, invitations, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, menu cards, and other stationery needs

·  Create floor plan and overview set-up logistics

·  Seating arrangement assistance

·  Assist with selecting catering and beverage menus

·  Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations for wedding party and out of town guests

·  Create master itinerary to be reviewed and approved by client, including schedules for vendor set-up, hair and make-up, and ceremony and reception activities.

·  Provide itinerary to the bridal party and select vendors participating in day-of activities

·  Discuss reception activities with vendors involved

·  Finalize all remaining vendor payments

“Day Of Wedding” Planning Package (The Diamond Jewel II)

(Starting at $1,500)

·  One-On-One Meetings with Bride and Groom 2-3 months prior to wedding date

·  Unlimited calls, emails and guidance through the planning process

·  Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal

·  Coordination of the Bridal Party including parents and grandparents

·  Customized event itinerary including wedding day timeline

·  Coordination of all vendors and décor for wedding on the day of the event

·  Act as Point of Contact (POC) for all vendors for the day of event

·  Coordination of the event from conception, throughout and end of the day on the day of event

·  Set up personal items (programs, ceremony, favors, etc.)

·  Décor setup and breakdown

·  Ensure all vendors receive final payments and gratuities

·  Supervision of post reception clean-up

Payment Schedule

Payment can be made in 4 installments

The first 25% is due with your signed contract and will serve as a non-refundable retainer for services

The final 25% is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding

Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Credit/Debit Card (All checks are to be made payable to Christine’s Diamond Events Studio)

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this letter of agreement for any reason in writing and signed by all parties within (7) business days of signature execution. The retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation of services occurs less than fourteen days prior to the wedding date, refunds will not be granted, except in the case of particularly extenuating circumstances as determined by Christine’s Diamond Events Studio.

Contract Agreement

This contract agreement certifies that I/We, ______, (hereinafter, “the Bride”/“Bride and Groom”/Client), have retained Christine’s Diamond Events Studio (hereinafter “CDES” or the “Company”) to provide planning services for the wedding/special event on ______, the _____ day of ______20__.

The amount of ______and No cents ($______) is the fee for services to be rendered by which [Bride”/“Bride and Groom”/Client] ______have confirmed accordance to the package price for which has been chosen..

A deposit in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars and No cents ($400.00) shall be paid at or within three (3) days of the signing of this contract to lock said event date. The remaining balance of ______Dollars and No cents ($1,100.00) can be paid (1) in full initially or (2) in accordance to the payment schedule outline.

Services rendered by Christine’s Diamond Events Studio will commence immediately upon the date of receipt of the contract and deposit. You will have 3 calendar days beginning the date of receipt of the contract to null and void which entitles you to a full refund of your initial deposit and cancellation of the contract. Please be advised that failure to cancel within the allotted time frame deems your initial deposit as non-refundable.

If all aspects of the wedding and reception planning has been finalized and confirmed to include the customized rehearsal and the order of service for the ceremony and reception and the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] wishes to cancel, there will be a $150.00 fee to break the contract.

If the wedding has to be rescheduled by the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] or CDES because of uncontrollable circumstances to include death, illness, or a scheduling conflict pertaining to vendors, not to include personal reasons, a reschedule date can be made; however, it must be confirmed by both the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] and CDES. If the date has to be rescheduled or cancelled by the Bride or CDES for personal reasons to include change of heart, change of mind, or inconvenience, a $50.00 penalty fee will be paid by the responsible party.

If there is a cancellation and materials and wedding/décor supplies have been purchased or floral arrangement and decorations have been made prior to the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] request, the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] will be responsible for full payment of said items prior to cancellation.

Additional services, floral arrangements, or decorations that have not been allocated for in the confirmed contract will require an addendum to be written and additional fees will be required for said services and items. ______(Initials)

*Please Note: If this contract is breached by either party or terms of the contract are not adhered to, this matter can be subject to civil court for resolution. The [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] is to be aware that [she/he/they] has chosen the CDES based on trust and honesty, and any suggestions or information brought forth to [her/him/them] is based on research, personal knowledge and experience, or credibility. CDES professional represents and has the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client]’s best interest at heart at all times and acknowledges that all final decisions will be made by the [Bride/Bride and Groom/Client] and/or the responsible party.
