The information seeker is informed that it has been advised / informed by the concerned Bank branch that although the order for publication of Notice was passed on September 23, 2013 the same was received from the advocate on January 22, 2014. The next date of hearing in DRT was fixed on March 28, 2014 for compliance. Accordingly the said DRT order was published before March 28, 2014 i.e on March 13, 2014.
