SM15002 was rejected. Lisa site visited in May and did not recommend for validation and funding at May’s National electronic meeting.Reason for rejection is needed.

Clara requested quarterly narrative report at May’s National meeting in 2014 and December 2014 requested report by telephone. To date not received. Please rescind for $2,500.
*The third narrative report was received in SDOP’s office on 7/15/15. Clara emailed the narrative to the Task Force for review.
