Directions: On each line name the Pillar of Character that is described by the statement. Each Pillar will be used once.

Directions: How would you display character? Choose two of the pillars of character, and write a paragraph for each, describing how you display that pillar. Give specific examples of your actions. Use the back of the paper if you need more space.

Victoria has a big science project due in two days and has run out of cash. She works in a business office as a student and secures all the supplies she needs to complete the project from work. She takes the necessary supplies and feels it is okay because every one else does it.
You cannot find a baby sitter within your price range. You decide to carry your child to work with you for a week. You did not check with your boss to see if this is alright.
A friend is struggling on a Spelling test; he wants to use your paper to copy. You allow him to copy the answers from you paper.
As a little girl, Ruby Bridges attended an elementary school in which she was the only student in the classroom. While walking up to the school each day, she was met with racial slurs and insults. She never turned around or returned the insults nor did she participate in violence.
You've made a commitment to spend the weekend working on your part of a class project that's due Monday. Then, some friends invite you to go on a weekend camping trip in the mountains. You can't do both, so you decide to go on the camping trip.
Four good friends are planning to spend a day at an amusement park. Two of them want to invite another kid who's new in school. The other two don't want to include this person because he/she is different in some way (different race, a "dweeb," from a foreign country, etc.).
Delano wants to go play baseball with his friends but he can’t because he is looking after his grandmother who is blind and wheelchair bounded. She is asleep for the afternoon and during this time four of your friends come by and tell you to play baseball with them. You refuse.
