TOPICS:-

a)INTRAPRENUERSHIP: ( 23RDJanuary 2017 from 1400 hrs to 1800 hrs)

The purpose of this program topic is to bring out Ownership & end to end accountability in Organizations. It fosters Innovation, risk taking and onus in the participants who, like Entreprenuers, nurture and pride their job functions/projects from inception to delivery.

The objective is to :

a) Identify the key challenges and support requirements for their job/project.

b) Emulate new ideas and alternate solutions to recurrent and projected problems.

c) Set self and team goals to chunk larger objectives and achieve them.

d) Execute the work plan, solve executionary challenges and build a strong rapport with key stake holders.

e) Build strong and analytical problem solving skills.

Eligibility: Sr.Managers/HODs of Shipping & Freight Forwarding Organizations.

Course fee:- Rs.3500/- plus 15% S.Tax= Rs.4025/= ( inclusive of snack/tea)

b)INTERPERSONAL SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE WORK ( 24TH January 2017 from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs)

Purpose:- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are not only important for growth of an organization but also for the very survival of the entity. There has to be proper coordination between managers and employees to understand the requirement of the client and to serve them better and thereby grow in their careers as well. Effective communication and listening is a need of hour in today’s multi-cultural corporate environment which involves stakeholders from around the globe.

Contents:-

Verbal Communication/Non-verbal communication/Listening Skills/Negotiation/Problem Solving/Decision making/Assertiveness

Eligibility: Executives/Middle level Managers

Course Fee: Rs.3000/- +15% S.Tax = Rs.3450/= (includes Lunch/snacks / Tea)

Organization which registers four or more participants for the program will be given 10% discount on the Total Invoice value.

FACULTY – VARSHA PURNESH- People Skill Instructor/Maersk Training Centre, Chennai.

She is a “ Cognitive Learning Specialist” with over 7 years of Experience in Training & behavioural intervention across various industries such as BSFI, Retail, Hospitality, Aviation and Management consulting. Before joining Maersk Training Centre, Chennai, she worked as the Dy.Manager at “ CL EDUCATE LTD”. where she spearheaded development of Course contents, delivery strategies and execution across the Centres for them. She acts as a “ Catalyst” in the pattern of how individuals, teams and organizations work by provoking change and sustaining them through measurable interventions and impact.
