Venue Crosfields Sports Centre, Shinfield Road, Reading. Berkshire. RG2 9BL
5 lane 25m pool equipped with anti-turbulence lane ropes.
All events will be conducted in accordance with ASA Laws, Regulations and technical rules for swimming.
1. All competitors must be a member of Tilehurst Swimming Club.
2. There are no upper or lower limit times that apply to this meet.
3. There will be no entry fee to this meet. Swimmers may enter as many events as they wish. Entry is via the Tilehurst Web site. https:/ / uk.teamunify.com/ Home.jsp?team=serbtsc
4. A withdrawal system will be in place so please inform the club before the warm up of each session.
5. Ages will be as at 26th November 2017. Age groups 10 years and under, 11/12 years, 13/14 years, 15/16years, 17 +
6. Medals will be presented to the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
7. Awards will be presented to Top boy and Top Girl from cumulative events.
8. The one start rule will apply. All events will be run on a Heat Declared Winner (HDW) basis.
9. Electronic timing will be used. 10. Results will be sent to ASA ranking after the meet.
11. Anyone wishing to take still photos or video footage will do so in accordance with the ASA Child Protection guidelines.
12. Any dispute related to a matter not covered in these conditions shall be determined by the Promoter.
