Club Goals for the Year  Goal # 1  Goal #2  Goal #3  Goal #4  Goal #5

Club member expectations *Attend monthly 4-H meetings *Be a host/hostess for one monthly meeting to bring treats (preferably healthy items including food and beverage and appropriate serving items to serve 20-25 people – coordinate with other host/hostess for the month). If you need help, ask a leader or call Extension Office. A parent is strongly encouraged to stay at the meeting to help serve refreshments and see their member do their presentation. *Hosts/Hostesses are asked to come early to help set up tables and chairs, during the meeting serve refreshments and wash dishes, and at end of meeting help with clean up. *Give a presentation during the month you are host/hostess – present about 5 minutes on a topic of your choice, it may be related to a project area you are enrolled in (use 4-H project resources) or Synergy Craze. You may do with another member. *Help other members lead a recreation activity one month as assigned. *Throughout the year, work independently on 4-H project areas you enrolled in by using 4-H project guides, attending workshops, or working with family members, other club members or friends. *Throughout the year, work on your 4-H record keeping – participation summary (work on at club meetings) and project records for each project area you enrolled in, taking pictures during the year are memorable additions to your record keeping. Completed record keeping is due to leaders by early September. *Participate in optional 4-H activities based on your interests and schedule.
