Basic Guide to Bottle Age Identification Say you’re planting a new tree in your backyard, and you dig a hole deeper than you’ve had to dig before. In the hole you find a glass bottle that you didn’t put there. How can you identify the bottle? How can you tell if it is old or just a piece of modern recycling that the previous owner left behind? Below please find a basic guide to help you identify a bottle’s age. Bottle identification is a rabbit hole that I’ve found fun to fall into; one bottle can take hours to research, and sometimes, you can’t find anything on it at all! In addition, manufacturing technological advances were adopted over time, not all at once, so older techniques were used at the same time as newer ones. This makes determining exact age for a bottle that wasn’t machine-made a little tricky. But, by looking at a few basic characteristics, you can learn if you want to toss your find in the recycling bin or place it at the center of your mantle. This packaging device is able to fulfil a huge number of requirements of the logistic process, during the phases of handling, shipping and storage. In addition to this, corrugated packaging is easily machinable, so it is also suitable for special supply chains and products. These special needs include the requirement to fit to the inner measurements of the shipping device, e.g. the shipping container. This is particularly expected in case of less than container-load (LTL) shipments, where the shipping cost is usually based on the required area (m2) or cubic capacity (m3) of the container, so the useful filling of the shipping device is a very strong advantage. Naturally, this is easily solvable with different CFB boxes which have different heights, but this way the user needs to stock a high variety of boxes, requires a good relationship and cooperation between the parties and also a proper knowledge of product organisation in each box version. The multi-depth corrugated boxes are a suitable solution for resolving this problem. These boxes are creased at multiple intervals, so they are easily cuttable to the desired various heights. -

Today, it has to deal with a number of issues to promote wine, especially market segmentation, health regulations and brand image. First, it is important to find the right market segment as wine can be a luxury, collectible product that people want to invest in.1 At the other end of the spectrum, it can be affordable and designed for everyday consumption (table wine). The current trend is towards democratization and convergence in the New World, as wine and spirits consumption is increasing in countries that traditionally drink beer.2 Second, the market has to reconcile pleasure with health legislations imposed by governments and respect the health regulations of the country. The wine label is the epitome of this tension between what regulations impose and what the winemaker intends to say about the wine in order to sell it.
