Yangzhou is a famous historical and cultural city, with the city history building over 2,500 years, which is considered as a very important city of the Maritime Silk Road. Chinese Belt and Road Strategy must promote the connection between Yangzhou and the whole world. Yangzhou Polytechnic College is a full-time comprehensive higher vocational & technical college. I. Total Enrollment Total Enrollment: YPC offers 15 three-year Academic Education Program for both Cambodia and Thailand (Full scholarship is provided) II. Admission Requirement 1. Academic record equivalent to a Chinese high school graduate or above 2. Capacity of language learning and communication in English. Students holding HSK third level or above certificate are preferred. 3. Interested in Chinese culture, society and economy. 4. Good self-discipline and interpersonal skills for independent living and studying. 5. Financial support from family or other organizations. Being in good health. 6. Students rewarded or excellence in some aspects are preferred ( materials are needed to prove) III. Study Duration: 3 years, (2semesters / year), academic year begins on September Spring semester: March to June, July and August for summer vocation Autumn semester: September to December, January and February for winter vocation IV. Program Arrangement 1. First year: mainly focuses on Chinese language learning, professional courses as assistance. HSK level 4 is required. Second year: mainly focuses on academic learning. Third year: mainly focuses on professional skills learning and practice. 2. Courses and graduation thesis are qualified for graduation. The diploma of YPC with Chinese and English version (approved by the Ministry of Education of PRC) will be delivered to the graduates. 3.
