Subject of Agreement

1.1.BerievAircraftPJSCshall arrange and conduct the exhibition and scientific conference on hydroaviation GIDROAVIASALON‘2016 at the premises of the hydroaviation experimental test base of Beriev Aircraft PJSC and Gelendzhikairport within the period from 22 to 25 September, 2016, and accomplish the scope of works aimed to enable the participation of the Exhibitor in GIDROAVIASALON‘2016.

1.2.The Exhibitor assumes an obligation to participate in GIDROAVIASALON‘2016 in accordance with the terms stipulated by this Agreement, inclusive of the Appendices and "Terms and Conditions", making an integral part thereof, and undertakes to accept and duly pay for the services rendered by BerievAircraftPJSCagainst the invoices.

Due dates
Enterprisesthatfullypayfortheservicespriorto01.06.2016will be allowed a 25% discount on the cost of the services to be paid as per para. 2.2. of this Agreement.Enterprisesthatfullypayfortheservicespriorto15.07.2016 will be allowed a 10% discount on the cost of the services to be paid as per para. 2.2. of this Agreement.

3.2.Thediscountisnotapplicabletotheextraequipment,engineering connections and additional servicesordered as per the Appendices to the Agreement (Forms2а, 2b, 2c).

3.3.Full payment shall be effectednot later than 31.08.2016.

3.4.All bank fees and charges shall be paid by the Exhibitor.

Effective Term of Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective on the date of signing and is valid till the date of signing the services Acceptance report by the both parties.

The services accomplishment date for Beriev Aircraft PJSC is the last working day of GIDROAVIASALON‘2016.
