Can I try Eurobank m-B@nking app. before registering?

Yes, a DEMO of the latest version is available for download at the application store. Visiting the option Goto DEMO will allow you to explore all the options available to you.

What is my username?

Your username is a nine-digit number provided on your registration form, called the CIF. Registration form is received upon Registration for M banking service.

What is my password?

Your initial password is provided under category "Lozinka za pristup" given in your PIN mailer, a red envelope that you received upon registration. At your first login, M banking application will request a password change. New password will be used for future User Login.

What if I lock my user account?

Easy, just call Eurobank Call center at toll-free number 0800 111144 option 9 . After validating your identity our staff will activate/ unlock your user account. Note that if you lock your account once again after this activation, you will have to visit the nearest Eurobank branch and get a new PIN mailer.

What if I lose my phone?

Do not worry. Eurobank mbanking application doesn’t store any of your financial data or passwords on your device, so in order for someone to misuse your Mobile banking, they would also need to know your login password and your e-PIN.

Can I use Eurobank Mobile banking app. on my tablet?

Yes, you can. Your tablet should have the internet connection and you should have user account for the specific store (Google, Windows or Apple).

How can I use Eurobank Mobile banking at my iPad?
