Please outline your anticipated technical requirements. Please think about whether you will be bringing a band, a DJ, whether you need specific lighting effects, projection etc, if you will be plugging in any other electrical equipment.

Please note:

The Melba Spiegeltent standard operating hours for public events are:

· 10am to 9pm, Monday to Wednesday

· 1pm to Midnight, Thursday to Sunday [bump-in possible by agreement from 9am]

Venue hire fee – for information

Unless otherwise agreed to the venue hire fee includes:

· The hire of The Melba Spiegeltent at Circus Oz with a capacity of 250, plus one dressing room which comfortably fits up to four people

· The equipment as set out in the Melba Spiegeltent technical specifications

· One venue manager for your event

· One technician for bump in, rehearsals, eventand bump out

· Circus Oz will be responsible for the bar and take all bar sales

This hire fee assumes that the hirer will look after:

· Any additional production and/or technical costs

· Any catering requirements beyond a cash bar (we can offer a list of recommended caterers)

· Any decoration of the venue
