*Yard Sale or Flea Market Table – Clean out your garages, basements and attics and sell your treasures! This option is not for Craft or retail space.

**Electric – electricity is limited and only inside and some spaces on the deck have it available. An additional charge applies for electricity. Please bring your own extension cord and if you are bringing your own generator, only the Honda silent generator will be allowed.

***Tables – there are a limited amount of 6’ rectangular tables with chairs available for rent at an additional cost.

****If Food or Beverage Vendor, please provide full menu for approval, we will work hard not to duplicate food products.

Vendor Agreement

1.  I agree to sell only those products specified on application and approved by event managers.

2.  I acknowledge full responsibility for all of my activities at the event for those employed or assisting in my booth. I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Red Apron Productions, or the employees, agents, successors or assigns of any of the above, and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by me, my employees or assistants of the space(s) or booth or any part thereof.

3.  I understand that Red Apron Productions, its agents, successors or assigns, DO NOT carry insurance policies to cover individual vendors and their products or rental spaces and will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property of the vendors, nor for any claims of liability due to negligence by any vendor.

4.  I acknowledge that NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for advanced fees paid if I decide to no longer participate in the event or if I am banned from the event for violation of the Agreement.

5.  Your Vendor space will be assigned by Red Apron Productions. It will be allocated based on the space requested by the vendor and the date of receipt of application and the nature of the Vendor and its relationship to surrounding Vendors. You may not sublet your space nor share your space with others.

6.  Vendors are responsible for set-up and clean-up in their vending space including trash removal and disposal of any items required during the event. No space changes will be permitted by any Vendor and no Vendor may depart the event prior to 5:00pm.

7.  Vendor is responsible for obtaining applicable City permits as well as collection and reporting of State of Maryland Sales and/or Use Tax. Food Vendors and/or Beverage Vendors will be required to obtain their own Health Department Permit.

8.  No equipment is provided. Only silent generators can be used, please note if you need electricity for your generator. Table and chair rental is limited and we strongly advise a tent or awning for outdoor spaces.

9.  I have read and understand the terms and conditions described on this application, and have signed this Agreement indicating that I agree to abide by all terms. Further, I understand that any violations of the Agreement will cause my dismissal from the Second Sunday Market (referred to as the “Event”).

One week prior to the event, you will be emailed your space number, directions, and rules and regulations. Red Apron Productions reserves the right to deny participation by any vendor deemed inappropriate for any reason.
