The trip is fully organised by a reputable education travel organisation and a representative will accompany us from ‘Study Experience’ throughout our time in London. The cost all inclusive of the above is £245

This trip is always extremely popular and sells out quickly.

It is important that I state from the outset that the trip is only available to students who have a good behaviour record and are good attendees. We reserve the right to refuse students on this basis and to take students off the trip if they are not meeting our standards.

Cheques for the full amount must be made payable to ‘South Wirral High School’. Places are on a first come first serve basis.

If you would like to take out comprehensive travel insurance (Newmarket Promotions Limited) Study Experience there is an additional charge £4.50 per student (under the age of 16), this must be included in the deposit. Wirral Borough Council is insured in respect of Legal Liabilities only and not personal accident and other cover.

Slips and deposit of £70 to secure your place to be returned to Ms Griffin in the main school office.

A further payment of £100 must be paid by 15th December 2016

Full payment must be received by Wednesday 25th January 2017.

All payments are non – refundable

Please note it is a parental responsibility on trips out of school, to ensure that children with health needs have their required equipment and medications such as; epi-pens, asthma inhalers, antihistamines etc. If there are any concerns please contact the party leader to discuss further.

Yours sincerely,
