In preparation for the audit of the USDA/FSIS poultry inspection system the plants directly involved in the audit need to review the following information;

FSIS Export Requirements for the European Union

C---no wood pallets in exposed product areas, and use for fresh boxed

product storage will likely be a problem

J---includes gooseneck outlets along evisceration lines

K--must have at trim stations in evisceration, and a few in the cutting or boning rooms
