Time Sheets, Accounting, Topic Sheets, Handouts, Quality Plan
· Martin: How does management differ from project meetings?
· Deanne: Project: travel costs and subsistence costs - Management: dissemination, exploitation
· Martin: Documents/ invoices: what does 'justified' mean? (slide 5)
· Deanne: official
· Martin: Subsistence costs: what do the last 2 columns mean here? (slide 6)
· Deanne: Column 2 is the amount that has already been paid to you in cash [e.g.: hotel costs arrival], column 3 is the amount that has been reimbursed by transfer to your institution [e.g.: hotel costs return]
Please note: keep track of the “total costs” (highlighted in orange), these have to be reported to us/ to the project management.
· Martin: Acquisition of language skills (slide 7): : What do the (x) signify?
· Deanne: we could cover it, it’s possible/ optional, not obligatory
· Martin: the examples Katja has provided on Moodle are very good models to follow
· Deanne: Should we produce grids for each level including “Sprachstrukturen”/ grammar?
· Martin: a sort of syllabus map of the content of each level for the learner, simple in terminology
· Deanne: include “Sprachstrukturen” in a separate document as an overview, otherwise students could be mislead to think we teach grammar in the topicsheets. Grammar will be supplied by links and extra resources.
· Martin: Then the grammar syllabus cuold help the learner to relate the sheets to other syllabi - such as their courses....
· Fredrik: if it can be seen/interpreted as which grammatical aspects that might be covered it would be useful as a hint I would say
· Martin: Perhaps it should be worded as something like 'structures used’
· Everybody agrees on this point
· PPT presentation will be sent to all participants after the meeting, all documents can be found in the SEAGULL management section on our moodle platform
· Next meeting will be scheduled end of february
