Committee Reports

Disney Trip Update (Joyce Erhlich via Melissa Tucker): We currently have 53 going – 42 students and 11 chaperones. It was decided that, instead of additional tickets for water park admission, a “down-time” would be scheduled in for the Thursday prior to the afternoon workshops. Joyce will be emailing a spreadsheet detailing all payments made/due. There will be a mandatory field trip meeting, for students, parents, and chaperones, in March.

Membership/Tickets/Friday Night Social (Paula Witt):

  • Via Ticket Leap, we now have the ability to take online Booster membership payments. Paula would appreciate feedback on how this is working.
  • When purchasing tickets online, there will now be a button to click on for making donations to Boosters. This will commence with Pajama Game ticketing.
  • Ticketing for the One-Acts was discussed.
  • Paula hosting an after-show social for parents on Friday Feb. 13.
  • Paula gave a shout-out to Thespians, David Koningsberg and Jessi Swanson, for assisting her with Curriculum Night.

Build Days / Open Jar (Tina Dempsey):

  • Mini Build Day on Feb. 21 to recreate the walls of the orchestra pit. Tina needs a few adults to assist with this.
  • Full spring mainstage Build Days (students and parents) will be April 11, 18 and 25.
  • Congratulations to theatre students, Meredith Mehegan, Diana Witt, and Kristine Lowkis, who will be attending the Open Jar workshop this summer!
