Dear Comrades,
I am very happy to announce the formation of a society for the purpose of housing benefits for the Group C employees of Andhra Pradesh Region.
Co operative Societies of similar nature have been in existence and are running successfully in many government organizations. We all know that the employees of AG’s office have benefited a lot through their society, which has taken up many successful housing ventures and allotted land to their employees. The employees of our department too have been aspiring for such a society. In response to the members’ thoughts and aspirations, we have taken up the task and are now working towards fulfilling the long cherished dream of our employees.
As a first step, we have made efforts during the last six months and identified a large tract of land at Medchal which is suitable for our housing needs. The land is in close proximity to Kuchavaram suburban railway station, which is one station before the Manoharabad station, till which the suburban train service is covered. The specifications are worked out ensuring a gated-community style project with development works as per HUDA norms, like black top roads, underground drainage, electrification, avenue plantation etc., and other amenities. The pricing of the plots is worked out on a cost to cost basis which is estimated to be around Rs.1200/- per sq. yard including the development costs.
Because of the downtrend in the real estate sector, it became possible to get hold of the project at a low price. All the members are requested to avail this opportunity, by joining as a member in the society.
The admission fees, in line with the bye-laws of the society, are as under:
Share Capital Rs. 300/-
Membership fee Rs. 50/-
Term deposit Rs. 1000/-
Administrative Charges Rs. 4000/-
The above should be paid by way of DD (drawn in favour of A.P. Income Tax Group ‘C’ Employees Mutually Aided Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, payable at Hyderabad).
A visit to the site is planned on 21.03.2009. The vehicle will be arranged from Aaykar Bhavan at 9.30AM. All the members who are interested to visit the site are requested to inform before-hand, so that necessary arrangements can be made.

Dear comrades,
You are aware that a land has been identified by our society for the purpose of housing benefit for the Group C employees of Andhra Pradesh Region. A site visit trip was also organized in the previous month. Many of the officials have already shown interest in becoming members of the society and acquiring the land. As the investment climate is also slowly improving, all the members are requested to avail this opportunity. The details of the project and payment particulars are as under :
Land :
· Situated at Kucharam village, Topran mandal, RR District.
· Nearest railway station is Kuchavaram, a suburban station which is before the Manoharabad station, on the Secunderabad – Nizamabad line. MMTS phase II is proposed till Manoharabad.

Pricing and payment :

· Balance and registration charges at the time of registration.

· HDFC has offered to provide housing loans upto 70% of the cost of the plot. This facility can also be utilized. Those who are willing to avail the loan should pay Rs. 50000/- on or before 30th June and Rs. 50000/- on or before 31st July.
