I. PARTICIPATION TERMS 1. ORGANIZER All events held during the 239th Traditional Spring Trade Fair are organised by Targovishte Municipality. 7700 Тargovishte Svoboda Sq. 2.PARTICIPATION RIGHT Providing exhibition areas and services under participation is settled by the Organiser, taking into account the utmost wishes of the Exhibitors. The Organiser of the exhibition is entitled to: - reduce the exhibition area applied for; - deny display of the exhibits; - reject participation 3. REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION The Exhibitors confirm their participation in the Exhibition events by: - submitting the written Application Price - List. The General Participation Terms are binding on the Exhibitors, unless otherwise stated in a special contract. The Application must be completed and duly signed by an authorized person. Failure to indicate data asked for in the official application form or lack of the applicant’s signature on it renders the application invalid. The minimum rented exhibition are is 6 sq.m. for a covered module space, 4.5 sq.m. open-air covered space /tent/ and 1 sq.m. open-air space. After written confirmation by the Organiser, the Application has the effect of a Contract. After confirming the Application receipt , the Organiser sends by mail a participation slip, stating the place and date of delivery of the exhibits. Written requests for reduction of confirmed exhibition areas or cancellation of participation shall be accepted if received not later than 20 /twenty/ days before the official inauguration of the Exhibition. Beyond this deadline the applicants are bound to pay the whole price of the confirmed application, regardless of their future intention to use or not to use the exhibition space applied for. The Exhibitors can not sublet the exhibition areas rented without the prior consent of the Organizer The exhibitors must register the presence of any eventual sub-exhibitor at their stalls. II. EXHIBITION SERVICES 1. GENERAL TERMS The exhibition provides covered / module and free spaces / and open-air exhibition areas. The area rent does not include artistic design and other terms. Hiring area covers a period of 8 calendar days plus three days after the closing of the Exhibition. The exhibition exponents can be dismantled after 08:00 h P.M. on the Closing Day. The exhibition area is arranged by the Organiser’s staff only. Building-up, artistic design and arranging of exhibition areas and advertising spaces must be finished 12 hours prior to the official Inauguration of the Exhibition. No changes should be made to the walls, floors, ceiling and other structural elements. Any damage caused shall be restored by the Organiser or the Exhibitor at the Exhibitor’s expense. The Organiser shall sanction sticking any kinds of ads and information materials at the entrance of and on the walls within the Exhibition premises.

2. OTHER SERVICES The Organiser provides different kinds of services: supply of furniture, telephone, fax, electrical services, information services, advertising, flowers,accommodation, artistic and spatial design etc. The above services can be applied for within the specified period in the Application Price-List. 3. CATALOGUE The Organiser issues Catalogue of the Exhibitors. Listing in the Catalogue is mandatory for all Exhibitors. Exhibitor’s address, trade mark and textual information are being entered against payment as indicated in the Application Price-List. 4. ADVERTISING SPACES The Organiser provides advertising spaces in specifically designed areas against payment. 5. PRESS CENTRE, ADVERTISING MATERIALS AND SOUND The Press Centre is in charge of organizing and coordinating press conferences, meetings and discussions between the Exhibitors during the Exhibition. The Exhibitors can use advertising options provided by the local Cable Television and the municipal Cable Radio Network. Distribution of advertisement materials must not hinder free movement of visitors within the exhibition premises. It is forbidden to advertise in any way, that could disturb fellow exhibitors /using, for instance, airplanes, ballons, helicopters/, without prior consent given by the Organiser.

6. WORKING HOURS Working hours for building up and dismantling the stalls are from 08:00 h A.M. to 06:00 h P.M. After the Official Inauguration, the Exhibition shall be open for specialists and visitors from 09:00 h A.M. to 09:00 h P.M. Business hours for the Exhibitors and office hours for the Organiser’s staff are from 08:00 h A.M. to 09:00 h P.M. Stall loading time for the Exhibitors is from 08.00h to 09.00 h A.M., admittance to the Exhibition premises against presentation of the vehicle pass issued by the Organiser. III. SPECIAL TERMS The Organiser ensures general security of the exhibition premises and provide a guarded parking lot for the Exhibitors’ vehicles. The Exhibitors bear responsibility for eventual risks of transportation, preservation and exposition of their exhibits, storage and exhibiting of the exhibits and stall materials. To guarantee their interests, the Exhibitors shall insure their property against all risks. The temporary exhibits import procedure at the local customs office shall be arranged by the Exhibitor with the Organiser’s support. Moving the customs-controlled exhibits from the Exhibition premises must be authorized by the customs authorities concerned. IV. FINAL PROVISIONS In relations between the Organiser and the Exhibitors the Bulgarian substantive law applies. All disputes shall be settled through negotiations; if no agreement can be reached on a dispute, the case shall be related to the court. Jurisdiction applies in all cases, where the exhibits have been seized. The Organiser is entitled to alter the General Participation Terms and Conditions after duly notifying the Exhibitors of all changes made. In resolving disputes between the Exhibition and Bulgarian companies the Bulgarian text shall be considered authentic, whereas in any other cases, which may arise, the English text shall prevail.

The General Participation Terms have been established by Order З-01-173/08.03.2016 of the Mayor of Targovishte Municipality.
