(a) Acted as Principal, University P.G.Centre(K.U.), Godavarikhani for two consecutive terms from 08.082005 to 07.08.2007, i.e. for a period of two years. Organized to raise from Singareni Colleries Company Ltd., Ramagundam under CSR, a fund of Rs 30 Lakh for the construction of an M.B.A. block in the College Campus within an year of taking over charge as Principal, U.P.G.C., Godavarikhani. Maintained rapport with the R & B, Peddapally and Karimnagar and followed in the University for the official sanctions to be cleared for the initiation of the construction activity against the sponsored fund.

(b) Acted as the Governing Body member of Gandhi Degree College and Chaitanya Degree college, Godavarikhani and as member in the Advisory committees of the Govt. Degree College, Godavarikhani and the Kendriya Vidyalaya, N.T.P.C., Ramagundam, for two years between 2005-’07.

(m) Organized to conduct successfully the Management Meet twice in the College Campus with the help of the Management Staff, after raising a concrete dias in the College Campus ground on the sponsorship received from S. Satyanarayana, the then M.L.A., Ramagundam.

(n) Organized to furnish the M.B.A. class-room with the latest seating facility and obtained an LCD projector to introduce latest teaching aids

(o) Organized to accommodate unbiasedly the entire eleven teaching staff members of Physics, M.B.A. and M.C.A. into a single integrated staff room. Made appropriate and timely teaching arrangements to fulfil the teaching delivery aspects justifiable.

(p) Organized the creation of an exclusive Ladies waiting room with enough seating facility.

(q) Organized the allocation of an independant quarter as Guest House for teachers visiting on academic purpose.

(r) Organized the purchase of 30 latest PCs from Dealer/HCL Pondicherry at reasonable price. Strengthened the M.C.A.lab with higher order PCs uniformly and established a 20 PC separate general purpose ACs fitted lab with 6 PCs exclusively connected with Internet facility, to provide an environment for all the students of Physics, M.B.A., M.C.A. and the interested non-teaching staff with the current technical knowledge empowerment.

(s) Organized the Renovation of the Boy’s Hostel and provided new Tvsets and refrigerators to both the Girl’s and Boy’s Hostels. Arranged DVD player and Yoga CDs for the benefit of students to foster development in them both physically and spiritually. Improved the infrastructural facility replacing the damaged sleeping cots and electrical fans and fittings with new products and arranged the purchase of about 125 fibre chairs to be used in mess and for the examination purpose.

(t) Organized the purchase of various books for the Library, increased the Library space and furnished it with additional new stacking racks. Motivated the students through personal counselling to acquire necessary communication skills and to improve personality development, by arranging books exclusively to serve the specific purposes. .

(u) Organized the purchase of a big All-in-One Laser Printer, new furniture and air-conditioning facility for the Principal’s office room and the air-conditioning facility in the Principal’s quarter too. Enabled the Internet facility at Office and the Principal’s quarter. Obtained necessary material for the networking of computers in the Office, Library, Class-rooms and the labs.

(v) Organized the laying of pathways to the Office, Library, Class-rooms, Hostels and mess and a concrete lay out before the main administrative block of the College.

(w) Organized the laying of sports grounds in concrete for basket-ball and shettle-badminton courts and supported inter-collegiate cricket tournaments in the College Campus. Encouraged the students in sports activity by providing the required sports material as aspired by them.

(x) Organized the fixing of a cattle-trap and the construction of a security guard room at the front entrance gate of the College Campus.

(y) Organiszed for the sanction of Ramagundam Municipal Water supply
